Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Geraldine was actually walking out the door to go home and she turned around and took the time to perform notary service for us. She has an incredible sense of humor and is very personable. Kwaku was also extremely personable and treated us like royalty. I did not get the name of the other person who is there but he was also great. The only bad thing about this whole experience is that now I want to start shipping more things so I can have an excuse to hang out and cut jokes with these guys.

This is my local UPS store so I always use it, but I had an exceptional experience with Dawson this morning. He walked me through a slightly more complicated mailing process that I had with a lot of patience. He balanced my needs while continuing to keep other customers happy. Dawson was friendly and professional. I know how difficult customer service can be day in a day out and on this overcast, gloomy morning Dawson made things really pleasant.

It is not everyday you get folks who will go to great lengths to help you. Kwaku helped me today when the pictures were coming out light. He gave me his dark Jacket and made sure the contrast was visible. He could have just said he cannot help.

I needed a last-minute notary for a Jeep I was selling and had a fantastic experience with Geraldine. She is knowledgeable, professional, and fun to work with. I will work with this UPS Store every chance I get.

Geraldine is awesome! She helped us repack the entire package and took care of the specific needs of shipping requirements so well! My packages went out bullet proof. Other staff in this store are also very nice and helpful. This will be my go to place for shipping next time!

Dawson is the best!!! He is professional, knowledgeable, and provides top-notch service. I have been to this location multiple times, and he is always great at taking care of all my shipping needs. I love coming here; it’s always such an amazing experience.

I always bring my Amazon returns here and am consistently met with great customer service. Even if the line is long, don't be discouraged, it moves quickly. This morning I had a bunch of packages of varying weight and sizes and was assisted by Kwaku. He was immensely helpful and was supportive of my mediocre dance moves to "Everybody Dance Now" while I waited in line.

Geraldine; super nice, helpful, patient, smart Notary Public, has been there 4 years and counting! She is the special kind of person that we all wished worked for us and with us. God Bless.

Second time here in the last month and the service has been the best I’ve ever experienced at a UPS store! Owner Mr Patel was AMAZING and patient helping us get like a million things notarized and store manager Ms Geraldine is out of this world. So sweet!

This UPS store is simply awesome place with great team of folks always ensure we get a great customer experience.
Today, I went there to find retrieve my package. It was a rush hour, but Manager Geraldine spent her time to find my package (something like finding a needle in a haystack).
I really appreciate her prompt help in this matter.

Geraldine is one of the best person we have ever met in any UPS store. I had many returns but she was so kind and always smiling and never showed any signs of disinterest towards her work and respected her work and her customers with her welcoming smile. One of the finest employees that a UPS have ever hired to my knowledge.

Dawson is the best!!!! I am an experienced Amazon Customer who has made returns in the past. Went to the UPS store today could not figure out how to Bring up an old search code to reprint label. My brain would not work! He was so cool about found it!!!! Nice guy!!!!

First, Best Customer Service! Walking in the door, Dawson, greeted me with a smile & a happy hello! I had 2 returns for a company that seemed a bit questionable. So, I was just so impressed with his wonderful personality, knowledge & going above and beyond to help me. Not only did Dawson get my packages off, but, settled my anxiety about this Co. not having ANY excuse to reject or manipulate my return. I asked if I could video myself putting each item in bag. And, he was completely understanding & did an amazing job securing my package! Last, He was so knowledgeable about his job, I was done within 5 minutes!

This UPS store is a pleasure to deal with. Dawson was very helpful in explaining how to organise shipping to the store, as we are on vacation from overseas and weren't familiar with the process. After four days, I picked up my packages, and again, nothing was too much trouble. The friendliness and helpfulness towards customers is a real credit to the store. Thank you guys, see you again.

Always such a great experience here!! The USPS local post office should take some customer service skill lessons from the team here! Kwaku was so kind and helpful! Will never use my local post office again for my shipping needs.
