Signs say customer parking is free for customers of Origins and Prime Steakhouse but you get ticketed anyway when you're a customer of them. If you look at the signs closely you may see mention of a phone number you have to call to pay for parking over the phone, even if you're just going into Origins for 5 minutes then leaving right away with your vehicle. There's still no parking receipt to take in to the stores to get validated so I'm not sure how that is even supposed to work. There's always parking spots available and now I know why.

Update: Origins said they would take care of my parking ticket I got while shopping at Origins, but I got a letter in the mail with the parking fee plus now also a late charge. Of course I don't have the parking ticket anymore since Origins took it. Now I have no evidence and have to pay extra. Avoid using this parking lot.
