AT&T Store

I feel like I may have some worthwhile insight having been an AT&T customer (well, PacBell -> Cingular -> SomethingSomething -> AT&T) consecutively since 1998, having many experiences at various stores over the years.

My experience in the Redmond Town Center AT&T Store recently was one of the best experiences I have had.

There were a few customers before me when I arrived, I walked in without an appointment if that matters.

Carolina greeted me, let me know there were a few customers currently being taken care of and someone would be with me shortly. I explained I wasn’t in a hurry and thank you for letting me know.

I worked with Jackson to help move my personal account over to a business one. I had to move 2 lines and get a new line. Also, I was upgrading my 2 phones, and adding a new device.

Vania (pronounced like Von {think Von Miller you NFL fans} and Yuh like you’re a snarky teen saying “yes” -> so say Von-Yuh) the manager helped out because personal to business is a process I understood would take a bit when I came in.

Vania and Jackson worked really productively to get my situation figured out, improved, and set up my ‘new’ account as quick and efficient as possible for this process goes. I know things take time, and they were both on top of it.

I’ve had Jas here answer questions for me also at this location, super helpful dude, as has been my experience at this location with all the associates.

Tom and my teenagers kept each other entertained, for which I was really grateful.

Five stars all around for everyone at AT&T RTC, seriously. Very helpful crew!

I lost my phone on the slopes and needed a new one. I was assisted by the wonderful Carolina at this location. She was so helpful and professional. During my visit the entire staff was super friendly and fun helping me find my new phone. I can sleep better knowing Carolina is out there saving lives.

I really appreciate Jas going up and above and we had a bad experience at a different store in Issaquah, WA and he made all this good and made us believe in AT&T again. Thk u Jas for your respect and kindness to us- highly recommend him to get a raise if he worked for me I would he's worth his weight in gold!

Kenley was awesome, got my problem fixed in no time flat! No wait time when i went, super friendly, can't ask for more!

I believe the young woman’s name was Carallina. She greeted me warmly and spend a great degree of time helping me solve my problem. She was wonderful! Many many thanks for such excellent service.

Vania is phenomenal, she manages this location. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re open a new line, I high suggest this branch.

Jas was amazing! He took a lot of his time with us and walked us through everything. He was very patient and kind. Superb customer service!!

We were at the Redmond, WA AT&T store purchasing new phones. Jas helped us with the purchase, transferring and other issues I was having with my other phone. He was very helpful and great with customer service. We’ll be back again. Thank you!

No wait time. Very knowledgeable assistant with pleasing personality. Actually remembered I had been in the store before. Explained everything clearly and I placed an order & was out probably in 15mins. Very nice store too.

I got totally frustrated with AT&T telephone customer support over my billing and equipment problems caused by an AT&T business-account tele-sales person. I will never deal with those AT&T tele-sales people again.

I went to my local store and asked for help. Store personnel were very available, knowledgeable, and helpful!

Vania and Gigi are really professional. They provided couple of solutions to my problem, answering my questions and solving my problem with patience. I would highly recommend them if you have any issues with your phone or AT&T services.

William was an absolute joy to work with. My mom and I are always a bit anxious when upgrading our phones, and he made the experience not only incredibly easy, but a fun one as well! He had our best interest at heart and was so easy to talk to. We will definitely be asking if William is available in our future visits :)

Jay was very helpful, knowledgeable and took great care of our family plan. I came in to upgrade my phone and Jay was able to go over all of the promotions for ALL of the phones and knew what he was talking about directly from his knowledge. Jay made our plan cheaper, better and genuinely seemed to care instead of just sell sell sell. Explained all of the changes he made in a way that anyone would be able to understand. Thank you Jay for your help and your great customer service. My family and I will definitely be coming back 5/5 stars!!!

Super stoked Jas at the Redmond AT&T Store had the gold ProMax that I had to have! I drove all the way from Seattle so it was awesome that they got me right in and got me signed up super fast! A huge thank you to Jas and the Redmond team!
