I lost my beloved parents 1 week apart from each other. Kristy was very kind, gentle, and informative. Both parents were cremated, and she was careful to let me know how the process would play out. The pre-arrangement made everything much easier on all of us. Staff were professional and compassionate throughout all the arrangements, followed through when they said they would, and made a difficult time a bit easier for all of us.

Staff was very respectful and professional. There were no attempts to sell or push towards any services, they simply explained the services offered and allowed us to make decisions based on what we wanted. They were very flexible with respect to the timing of the services given our time frame. Pricing was reasonable and we were given discounts based on services that were typically part of the package but not used such as transportation of my mom since that was handled by the tissue donation services we used. Given the difficult time we were going through the thoughtful and respectful process we had with the Apex Funeral Home was much appreciated.

I can honestly tell you not to hesitate in using Apex Funeral home. I found them to be very professional and sympathetic in our time of sorrow. My mother was cremated as she wanted to be. When i was ready to pick her up, she was presented in a beautiful white box , along with the small urns which each of the immediate family members will receive at her service. The care given by Apex Funeral Home from start to finish at a very difficult time was superb. They served us with dignity and compassion and were responsive to all of our requests.

My experience with Dignity (Apex Funeral Home) was a very positive experience. Everybody I interacted with was compassionate and respectful. I was pleased with the beautiful job they did making my father look like he was napping peacefully. There were plenty of options of packages to pick from when it came to choosing a casket, flowers, portrait and details of the service. At no time did I ever feel pressured. I felt that from start to finish my dad was in good hands . I am grateful for their professionalism and excellent service.

My father passed away unexpectedly. We didn't have anything prepared. Apex funeral home helped us with all the arrangements. Everything was done with great respect and very professionally. I have unfortunately been a part of several funerals in my life, but can honestly say that Apex Funeral home was the best to deal with. There was zero pressure, and so much compassion. They took amazing care of my parents for me, and would recommend them to everyone; and do.

We were fortunate enough to know ahead of time my mom was nearing the end of her life, so I called to make an appointment to make arrangements. From the very first phone call and my appointment with Hailey where we discussed all the choices available, I felt cared for and well-informed. Nothing was held back from me, all choices were laid out on the table and everything was explained thoroughly and with care. Just a week or so later when we needed to arrange for an out-of-town burial, Joel and Bethany stepped up in so many different ways to make sure all of the details were handled. A taskmaster myself, there was very little left for me to do, which in this situation is both comforting and relieving. They met every need we had, Bethany even stayed for us one night right at closing time the night before our out-of-town service. Always with a smile, always with extreme care, always conscientiously giving every option to us so that nothing was left to regret later on. To drive up three hours down the road and see Joel and Walter standing under the tent was very comforting. Apex Funeral Home became part of our journey. I can’t imagine anyone else could’ve done it better. Down to the tiniest detail, there was nothing after the fact that needed to be handled. We have even received mail sent for my mom to them since the service. The quality of their products, i.e. the vault, casket, memorial cards as well as the way Mom looked was impeccable. Mom was an elegant woman and she herself would have approved. We were the complicated people that wanted to leave jewelry on my mom to be buried in, and Apex Funeral Home was very careful to be sure we covered those details several times. And again, always in calming tones and in ways that put us at ease. We highly, highly recommend Apex Funeral Home.

We were so thankful for Apex funeral home to put together a lovely ceremony for our family member. They were all very sweet people. They did everything from setting up everything, keeping order, planning, and etc....to taking care of all the final paperwork and cleaning up afterward. They even brought all of the flower arrangements in vases and plants back to our house and helped bring them inside! Very pleased with how this funeral home has provided funeral services to several of our family members and friends. Thank you for making such a sad day so special for our family.

Apex funeral home was a so wonderful to my family. When my father died 20 some years ago they where wonderful to us then. Now that my mom has passed and we where able to have her funeral for the family in December and then the burial in July was so nice to have people care about the family. Apex Funeral Home is a very caring and sensitive to the needs of the family and decedent. I called several places in the area for services. All were very cold and insensitive. Apex Funeral Home was sensitive, concerned and caring and willing to do everything I asked. They also responded to my requests immediately. Joel was great, as well as all the staff that works there. Bethany and Haley were so kind and caring too. I am ever grateful to all of them for their services. Sean and his partner were especially sensitive when they came to take my husband. Very aware that people need privacy when saying goodbye to their loved one. I cannot say enough about how wonderful all the staff at Apex Funeral Home were. During a difficult time like this all the caring and love that the staff has for you when making decisions makes the situation easier and less stressful. They do not leave anything out and that is nice because when you are in shock due to the circumstances it is nice to know Apex Funeral Home is there for you and the decedent. Britanny was wonderful too. Everyone I had contact with there were extremely sympathetic and caring. Thank you all for the great services you provided for me and my husband, Bill. I started my journey with Apex Funeral Home with Cassidy Strickland my first “ Angel “ who helped me put together arrangements for my terminally ill Mom . She assured me that I was only a phone call away from any help when needed. I knew right then and there , I made the right choice!
The second “Angel “ was Amy Jo Barr, when the time had come . Her expert advise and “ I’ll take care of” demeanor was greatly appreciated !
She went above and beyond to provide my family with complete compassion, dignity and care :)
