The Gap Kids has such cute things for my two girls and boy. If my husband wasn't with me, I would have gotten so much more. It was a great shopping experience and great customer service from the entire staff.

Stopped by to make a online return and Chris made the experience so effortless we ended up exchanging for something in store. Chris really knows how to take care of a client and helped us find what we needed. It’s really hard in retail these days to find someone who actually cares about the clients need (most people just go to work to get it over with). This visit could have been a simple return. Thanks Chris!

I was here last weekend to do some light Saturday shopping, and I was very impressed with the service, selection, quality of the store. It was tidy despite the crowds, and if I ever needed help an associate was an arms-length away. Joseph was a delight and helped me pick out some pieces I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. Great store!

Came shopping and I realized my discounts didn’t apply so went back to the store after they pretty much closed not realizing they closed at 7 the doors Were already shut Ms. China sat there and helped me get everything straight with my purchase and made sure I got my money back! She was super helpful and didn’t go home till she made sure I was satisfied she is so sweet! Give her a raise!!!! She is awesome!

I haven't shopped at the Gap since I relocated from New York. Gap has stood the test of the time as one of the highest quality denim retail stores. Their quality is unmatched. I have been shopping their factory locations and retail locations for years. I especially like to shop for my daughter and children here. My daughter is making way into her preteen year and Joseph helped us with figuring out her new denim size now that she no longer shops in the Kids section.

The denim fit perfectly and Joseph checked on us while in the fitting room periodically. I used my Gap Cash promotion paired with 30% off and saved $80 off today! Joseph deserves a promotion.

The associates were very friendly and helpful. I would love to shop with them anytime

My family and I went to the Gap in Crabtree in Raleigh, North Carolina today and were very quickly greeted by Joseph who helped us navigate the jeans selection for me and my sister. Shopping for jeans is not an easy process, especially for my sister who is plus-sized, but with Joseph, it was made easy and fun! He kept bringing her things until they fit her and made her feel great about her selections and her look.

He then looked around the store for things we might be interested in and helped us put together outfits for school and for work. He knew his product, quickly picked up on my sister’s need for stylish and comfortable clothes for college and my need for business casual yet kid-friendly attire for work, and found things that fit the bill and made us look and feel fabulous. He was helpful, honest, and upbeat- he made our shopping experience! The other staff who served us were accommodating and patient, as well- when we realized there was one more thing on our list as we were checking out, they held our clothes and directed us to the right place without batting an eye.

We will definitely return to Gap Crabtree soon, especially since we wracked up on Gap Cash!

Got some great clearance deals. Walked out with a sweatshirt and a tank top both under $20.
