I went to App Ortho in Boone, and saw Timothy Brisbane PA.
I must say I felt completely safe in his care as he was overseeing my treatment, he is very kind, professional & a person of excellence, he even called me the next day to see if I was okay, this so touched me…. Thank you so much Timothy for all you do, it does not go unnoticed!!

Dr. Benjamin Parker is absolutely amazing! My 15 year old daughter and I traveled from Claremont, NC to see him! He performed a tibial tubercle osteotomy on her, and I truly feel his outstanding skills is the reason her recovery process was as smooth as it was. This was a major surgery and she had very minimal pain afterwards and the recovery process was much better than I anticipated! I firmly believe that is because we had such a great doctor! He has always been extremely thorough with every visit and every detail from start to finish, as well as his amazing bedside manner! One of the best doctor's I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, especially in such tough circumstances and when dealing with a child. I would strongly suggest Dr. Parker to anyone and we will definitely be back if and when she ever decides to have her other knee done! Him and his staff have simply been a pleasure to deal with! I greatly appreciate everything he's done for my softball loving daughter!

Dr. Parker and his staff are awesome!!! I always feel like my needs are important and I’m receiving the best care available!!! So thankful for Dr. Parker and his help.

I will add that since my left total knee replacement surgery in April, I’ve been able to do much more than I have been able to do in years! At about 3 months out from my surgery, I was able to install an alternator on my truck, install a mowing deck belt on my riding lawnmower, and some plumbing at my home! Especially given my age I’m extremely thankful to be able to do what I want and need to do without pain or limitations!!! Thank you Dr. Parker and Shawna Crutcher for taking such great care of me!!!

Both of my shoulders were injured while in the military. When I retired, I decided to have surgeries on both shoulders. Dr. Parker performed both surgeries and I’m 100% pain free with full range of motion.

Dr Parker and Shauna Critcher PA did a good job explaining the shoulder surgery and post-op rehabilitation. Thanks. I followed their instructions and did PT outpatient and at home. As a patient I was committed to rehab and did well.

Surgery for rotator cuff and bicep repair for my husband with Dr. Anderson was excellent. Follow up care with PA Taylor was outstanding. Followed medical directions and had no issues and no pain and great healing. Superb care.

Dr. Parker with AppOrtho did a great job with my hand surgery. After years of pain, I am now pain free with full functional use!

Sarah was wonderful getting me in with the right provider for my injury. Jaclyn and her MA Rebecca were so personable and got me taken care of! I would highly recommend AppOrtho for anyone struggling with orthopedic injuries.

Kari Morris is amazing she listened to me tell her how I felt and where the pain was located and how severe it was and after X-rays she put me on some medicine that has changed my life. First time I have had relief from back pain and sciatica in over 10 years. Thank you Dr Morris

Great follow up at AppOrtho today. Total knee replacement on left November 2021 and right November 2022. It’s nice to be active again and pain free. Thank’s to all the folks at AppOrtho who made this possible.

Dr. Anderson did my total knee replacement on 12/23/21 & I’m very pleased with the results. I had heard that Dr. Anderson was highly recommended by his patients and I’m glad I chose him & that I had the procedure done. It definitely helped my quality of life.

I suffered a broken clavicle on March 23,2033. My first contact was with Travis Brown. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained all options carefully and professionally.

I had surgery on March 30, 2023 and Dr Parker performed the surgery. Prior to surgery he explained the procedure and ensured that I understood the surgery. All went well.

I had follow up visits with Shauna Critcher and she carefully explained my x-rays and my limitations and restrictions. My last visit was on June 21, 2023 and my shoulder has healed appropriately and I am extremely happy regarding the professional care that I have received from everyone and the entire staff has been helpful and courteous.

App Ortho are great Orthopedics. Taylor Jensen PA is absolutely the greatest. All the staff are welcoming and kind. When I need additional orthopedic consultations I will definitely come back.

First of all, I was able to email AppOrtho and get help immediately. I thought I would be waiting for awhile but was pleasantly surprised!!! This is a very professional place of business and I could not have been more satisfied with my appointment from start to finish. My appointment was at 1:40 and that was when I went in to start my visit. Dr Parker and his staff are welcoming, concerned, and totally professional. From scheduling our 1st appointment with Brittany to later calling back and getting some information and records squared away with Paula. We found the best fit to have my mom come in and see Dr. Anderson. He has been highly recommended through my husbands golfing buddies and we cannot be any happier with how Paula, Brittany, Dr Anderson and quite frankly all of app ortho have treated us! Your schedulers are very kind, forth coming with great advice and willing to help through all aspects of our journey. I will recommend Dr. Stephen Anderson to everyone because he is top notch and 1st class doctor of the high country.

I got to the clinic 17 minutes early. I was attended to early and all staff was friendly and professional. A delightful experience.
