Park West Pharmacy

Park West is one of those gems that we must support. They care about their customers and treat them humanely, they are efficient, smart and friendly. It's everything one could ever want from a neighborhood pharmacy. I moved further away from them and they are still my go-to. Claude is the best. Kenny is great too. Thank you for taking care of us Park West! :)

This is by far the best pharmacy in the UWS. Highly recommend. Don’t waste your time or your money at CVS when they have horrible customer service. Park West has amazing & friendly staff and they’re quick, helpful, and reliable.

Staff is lovely, helpful responsive. They always are willing to spend the time to share useful information regarding medications. One day desperately needed a prescription for my child that a doctor called in late and they had it waiting for me as they closed - I had called to say I was on my way over and they made sure we got it. Very responsive delivery and they are great about following up with non responsive doctors offices who forgot to call in medications. Family had been using Park West for 25 years without complaint. Small but nicely curated selection.

I am so grateful for the staff at Park West. They answer the phone! My prescriptions are there when they say they'll be there! They arranged and administered vaccines pleasantly! About 3 months ago I transferred all my prescriptions to Park West Pharmacy after repeated incompetence and rudeness from Rite Aid. I happily come down here from upper Manhattan for the service, professionalism, and expertise of the pharmacy staff at Park West. Thank you!

Great service and fast, attentive pharmacy. Definitely the place to go for Rx in the neighborhood. I really wish they had more cruelty free and organic products — I’d buy everything there.

Park West is the BEST! It is so nice to have a neighborhood pharmacy. I have a credit card on file so they will deliver my prescriptions and any other items that I need quickly like toothpaste. They have all sorts of great things in the store like cards and pens and shampoo, etc. Super helpful since Ricky's is no longer across the street. The owners have been there for a long time. I really appreciate being able to here instead of something like CVS. Btw, ignore the negative reviews - seems to be from trolls. I have been going to this pharmacy for 10 years now and I have never experienced anyone being rude AT ALL. EVER. Always helpful, always great.

I find it funny that there a few 1 stars littered in with all the 5 stars that mention this horrific service. My medication is very important for me to take regularly and the staff from Park West have bent over backwards to make sure I always have it. One time on Christmas eve with me about to run out they were able to put together last minute magic to make sure I stayed safe until the next delivery truck would come in two days later. These guys are the best!

Park West has been very help to me w/ mail delivery and working with my doctor. No pharmacy is perfect but IMO if you take a lot of meds and have special needs you are better off with an independent non-chain pharmacy because they survive based on service to long-time customers. Kenny and the Staff have been very helpful.

I started using the services of the pharmacist in another boro.
When he transferred to park west side I started using Park west. .travelling from another borough.
He is the most attentive accommodating person/pharmasist I have met over the years..

Every1 working there have always treated me with courtesy and respect.

If what I need is not available they will do their best to find what you need.

Don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. Park West has been my pharmacy for years. Very kind people who will go out of their way to get you the medications you need. I had the flu recently, and they delivered a whole bunch of supplies right to my door. Such great people.

This is the only pharmacy I hope to ever use. They are courteous, friendly, efficient and have helped me out so many times I've lost count. I really value them and feel fortunate that I don't have to go to a big chain pharmacy for my medicine. Thank you, Guys!

Quite literally the best pharmacy ever. The staff is so kind and informative for all needs you could ever have. Although it’s a neighborhood treasure I’d recommend crossing the traverse to discover this gem for yourself.

I am continually overwhelmed by the service and customer orientation of this pharmacy. I have had two different situations where they bent over backwards to accommodate me so that I could get my prescriptions in a timely way. If I moved, I would travel here to have my prescriptions filled.

Amazing small business. The manager is gruff at times, and some people don’t like that, but I think he’s a real character. They somehow procured sanitizing stuff for the Covid shutdown, and I thank them for that.

It's amazing to find a locally run pharmacy with such friendly, helpful people where you feel appreciated. If they don't have, they'll order it for you. Dog-friendly and funky.

I find this pharmacy much better than dealing with the CVS on 86th street. They are always helpful and kind to me. Highly recommend.
