Diner style food, and the atmosphere is a bit dated. But where this place shines is Dylan!

I cannot say enough about this man. Fast, clean, funny, and respectful! I have never been impressed by a server before, and I have never WANTED to give a tip before.

If you are headed to village inn, make sure to ask for Dylan! You will not be disappointed!

This is a great example of what a well rounded restaurant should be like.
They also have a specialty pie menu that is available for you to go grab a dessert on your way to a family function.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Restrooms were clean. The Food was great and on the table very quickly
Our server checked in a few times to make sure we were all set.
Try a vanilla milkshake and have them throw a slice of key lime pie in it.
It's Amazing.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who just wants a good meal and doesn't want to pay 40 dollars for a sandwich.

If you haven't been to the Provo Village Inn since before COVID, it is time to go back. The food is excellent, the service quick and welcoming, and the restaurant is bright and inviting. I had the Cross County Omelet with hash browns and pancakes. I am normally not really a pancake girl, but they were light and delicious. My server, Dylan, was attentive and I could tell he recognized other patrons and remembered their "regular" orders. The whole dining room was upbeat and pleasant.

Definitely coming back, and definitely left with a slice of pie to go.

Great Village Inn. Food came out nice and hot and tasted great. We had the Ultimate Breakfast. My only complaint is that the hash browns were a bit too dry/crispy. But the delicious pancakes made up for that! Dylan, our server, was incredible and very attentive. Thank you for a good experience.

We needed an early breakfast, and Village Inn was open. I don't remember the waiter's name, but I should have, because he was super attentive and awake! We asked for Gluten free for one of our party and he immediately had options. We had our drinks out to us in a matter of minutes (Orange juice, milk, and hot chocolate!) and our orders weren't far behind. My Bacon Spinach omelet was good, but my daughter's French toast was decadent. The gluten free strawberry crapes were so good as well. I would definitely recommend those. Good food, fast service, great seating. We had a pleasant breakfast to get us home from our adventure. Thank you, Village Inn!

Delicious food and it's my favorite diner! I go for the country star omelette, but I haven't had something here that I didn't enjoy. Of course, the pie is scrumptious too! It's got a cozy atmosphere and very personable staff. Dylan, the server I seem to see most, does an especially great job with the right balance of service without being overbearing and he has great food suggestions. Happy Eating!

Greatest diner in Utah county. Delicious burgers and amazing breakfast. Dylan is the greatest we always love having him as our waiter. I’ve come many times and have never had any problems

Great visit! Group of 13 got seated fairly quickly. Dylan got to work and was amazing! He got all of our orders taken and the food came out quick! Dylan was very helpful and took care of all our needs. Thanks!

Great food and amazing service. I take my elderly mother every Tuesday morning. Dylan is the only server on the floor, and he is phenomenal. We see him once a week, and he remembers everyone's orders. Doesn't write anything down. Remembers everything. It's quite an art. His catch phrase is "tear it up" when your food is delivered to the table. I don't know how he does it. He builds rapport and a friendship with everyone. Very likable and efficient. He remembers to heat water for my mom's tea as soon as he sees us walking in. He doesn't skip a beat.

Dylan was a great server! Full of energy, and friendly. He made you feel welcomed and was quick to take care of our order. The food was great, hot and didn’t take too long. Very family friendly!

Village inn is a great place to eat.
Breakfast is excellent. So many variations of dishes. Lunch and dinner are both great choices too. From club sandwiches, burgers, and roast beef.

They have been on the top of my list for Pies. A large variety of them are available for purchase. By the slice or whole pies.
Key lime pie is the one that I recommend.

The food was amazing but couldn't ever compare to two servers we've had there in the past week; Dylan was so kind, attentive, and made the experience lively. Daisy was an absolutely wonderful waitress, and both have made our past experiences going here so pleasant! this is definitely my favorite place to go for breakfast food, it's a very comfortable place and the service is absolutely amazing. the people are all so personable and kind!! they have an all star crew

If you ever get the pleasure of being served by Dylan, then you will make this your go-to forever.....Customer service is above and beyond for every customer. The food was fantastic, and he made sure my eggs were exactly how I asked..... Give that man a salary because he is one of a kind!

Dylan was amazing waiter ,we haven’t been to Village Inn, in 10 your years plus, but he Definitely made us feel welcome and we had. A great experience with you guys today , he got us our food fast and it was hot and delicious, he was very friendly and kind he was the best, I wish every restaurant had someone like him !!!! We’ve lived here for 8 years and have never stopped by to eat at a Village Inn. This was our first time and our server, Dylan was THE BEST! His attitude just made the whole experience that much better. The food was great. Service was great and the food came out super fast. He recommended the Skillet and it was delicious! We’d come back here again.

We love East Bay, Provo Village Inn; especially for weekend breakfasts. We specifically ask for Dylan as our server. He is a natural at customer service, always positive, friendly, upbeat, and “tearing it up” with every table. The restaurant has a gem in Dylan and I give high praise to the rest of the staff that supports him in doing what he does best, serving each customer and building a relationship with the guests.

Dylan, the other servers, and the front of house look good and efficient because back of house, and all the hosts, buss staff, kitchen, and management are focused to insure each customer is served in a timely manner. I think Dylan’s infectious enthusiasm is picked up by the rest of the staff and guests, which makes East Bay Village Inn a popular and first choice when we eat out.

Our waiter was Dylan, he was friendly, and outgoing. He was quick in seating us, responsive to our needs, the food came out hot and was delicious. I would definitely go here again and hope that Dylan would be there for us.

Our family has been coming here for meals for years, and it’s always the most comforting, reliable, happy place! When they shuttered the ones nearby, we were so glad to hear that the Provo one was still here. Great service, Dylan is TRULY the best. More like an extra member of our family. And he treats everyone like that, plus he’s SO on top of it all the time! He’s super responsive, super attentive, and super reliable. We always ask to be seated with him, so you should too! You won’t regret it. Benefit from the years of experience he has in the service industry and at Village Inn!

I come to this Village Inn every now and then and have never had an issue at this location. The food is always delicious and hot, the service is incredible, and the overall atmosphere is great. The waffles are amazing! The best country fried steak I’ve had. Great service and a great all around experience. Dylan is awesome. Very attentive and has a great personality.
