This was probably the easiest, most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. They promptly returned my call, sent me so many pictures with great detail and set me up with an appointment that worked for me, since we drove over an hour to see the car. They were honest up front about any little flaws on the vehicle and that's important. I want a car that is gonna be a good, safe car for my family and a few minor scratches didn't deter me. The price was great, it's the car I had been looking for exactly. It had new brakes and tires put on before they put it on the lot, and I have never heard of anyone doing that. That takes so much stress off, knowing 2 of the most important things were taken care of. Shannon was excellent and had the paperwork done so fast. I am looking forward to having this car a long time. Check this place out if you are looking for a vehicle.

Shannon and Ernest answered all of our questions, and took great care into making sure we felt happy and secure with the vehicle before purchasing it. I purchased a 2009 Beetle, and they’ve kept it cleaned and maintained and even had their mechanics look at it before I went home with it. I recommend coming here if you want a used car, without being pushed or rushed to decide immediately, and without feeling like you’re buying a car blind.

I haven't completed my purchase yet but so far I have really been impressed. I have traded vehicles more times than anyone should in their lifetime and I I am happy to say this has been the simplest interaction I have experienced. No games just a simple transaction. They also have some really nice options in their inventory. I highly recommend them. Shannan has been responsive and kept everything simple.

great experience with shannon we went in on friday and left with the car saturday. she listened to any concerns we had with the car when we test drove it and had the mechanic look at them before finalizing the sale.

My nationwide search for a specific unusual vehicle using several dealer search engines found only one example, and it was at Union Motors. The transaction was entirely virtual as I was located in AZ, my home is in ID and the vehicle was in TN. I relied heavily on the professionalism of the Union staff to provide accurate information on the condition of the vehicle. The logistics of a long distance purchase were not daunting for them either as they stored the vehicle and shipped it with a timely arrival as agreed on. The vehicle arrived as promised and exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the staff (and a shoutout to Shannon) for their professionalism. I was treated with consideration and respect throughout the transaction which, as a senior, I very much appreciated. My thanks go out to Union Motors for a fine experience.
