Absolutely loved our day with our rental from southland jeep rentals!! The place is family ran and they are the sweetest coolest people. She gave us maps and told us of places to check out and it was the best day of our vacation. The prices are unbeatable for 24 hrs we only paid a lille over 200 worth every single penny.

My boyfriend and I rented a jeep for a day to explore the mountains and we enjoyed it so much that we went back a couple days later and did it again!! The service here was great, they were very friendly and welcoming. The process was easy and the experience was absolutely priceless! This was the highlight of our trip and we highly recommend to anyone visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. The jeep trails they suggested were so much fun and really allow you to experience the beauty of the mountains and nature. If we’re ever in the area again, we will go back! Highly recommend!

Very affordable rentals compared to the rest of the area. Super accommodating office, I needed to change to a 4 door the day before my rental and also showed up a few minutes past closing and they let us turn the jeep in instead of having to wait until the next day! Everyone was SO nice and the jeep was a really fun way to get around the mountain for the day. 10/10 recommend booking with Southland!

We wanted to rent a manual TJ and Southland was the only place that offered them, everywhere else just had automatic 4 door jeeps. The price was fair and you get the Jeep for 24 hours which is nice. Keith was great to work with and my boyfriend (who is a huge jeep nerd) enjoyed chatting with him about jeeps. We cruzed all day in the mountains with the top down and had a wonderful time. We come up here once a year and we will rent from Southland again!

The jeeps are older, but are in great shape and in my opinion they are more fun the way they are! I got the Smokey Bear 2 Door Black Jeep and it made this trip to the Smokies a whole new experience that I will definitely do again!

We walked in around noon and rented the last jeep they had available. We were able to do the paperwork then run back to our campground for lunch, then come back to start our 24hr clock. Lady at the front desk was very nice. They do have a 200 mile limit, but it's only a few cents if you go over it. We went all the way out to Clingmans dome, then backtracked to go down to Cades Cove, and ran around a little in town and still only hit 120. Seeing the smokies in a jeep is definitely the way to go! With no top i was able to stand up quick as the passenger to get great pictures of bears, deer, and coyotes in Cades Cove. The kids also had an unobstructed view from from the back, which made their trip more fun. Overall a great experience, and we would definitely recommend.

Great experience, great way to view the mountains, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!! The family is absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend them. We will definitely be back!!!

We rented a Wrangler for a day while on vacation. The women who run this place are amazing. They told us about great places for sightseeing and where to eat. The rental was great and easy. My daughter got a t-shirt from there and absolutely loves it and wears it all the time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone

The owners and staff were very nice and personable. Also one of the best deals we could find for a jeep rental in town. We rented the yellow lifted two door which initially took some getting used to but was a lot of fun to drive on the mountain roads.

Extremely awesome people! Family owned and operated. Very clean and well maintained vehicles. My wife and I rented “BLACK WIDOW” awesome little Jeep to go on the self guided tours with. Put the top down and enjoyed the view. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Being from out of town, this is the first business that didn’t treat us as if we were “tourists” we will definitely be back to see these folks!

I can not say enough good things about these people. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. They were so friendly and helpful! They were professional and treated you like family. The Mother was so sweet and explained everything in detail. Everything went smoothly. We talked about our love for "pearls," LOL. They were both very passionate about their jeeps. I will use them again in the future.

Best prices in town! I went there because they had the best prices and the reviews were positive for the most part. I'm glad I listened because I was very pleased with my experience. The prices are relatively fair for the area. The owner was professional but easy going with a level head and personable appearance. I'll definitely be returning and can officially recommend when you wanna rent a Jeep.

We rented "WILD THANG" and enjoyed every minute of it! We were thinking about doing the the guided tour from another company, but for less the price you can rent a jeep from Southland and go to the same places on your own. The employees are so friendly and very helpful.

We had a great experience renting our 2 door Jeep. It looked great, and it allowed us to drive all over the national parks. We made some great memories with that Jeep! Also, received some great tips on where to go to find some beautiful spots! Easy 5 Stars!

The hospitality of the staff and great service was all that we could ask for. We had no issues and getting our Jeep rental was quick an easy. Spending the day driving through the mountains was absolutely beautiful the Jeep just made it that much better. We will definitely be returning customers.
