Called in a takeout order at the last minute on a random Monday night. They forgot it and were closing, but the chef made my order anyway and the bartender hooked me up with a free Shiner in a frosty glass. Thanks fellas, that's small town class! 🍻 Oyster poboy and fries are legit. Very affordable, but quality. Go here!

I was a little worried at the start. Brunch cancelled, brand new waitress. A cozy joint. things didn't seem totally fired-up when we got there about 12:30 pm.Then confusion with our drinks and I'm having my doubts. Orders took a while, even though we were the only five customers in the joint. BUT. When our food got there, every one of us were thrilled with our selections. God's honest truth, better than any oyster po-boy I've had, even in NOLA. Excellent, sweet, tender oysters, hot, with a nice crunch, a simple slaw and two beautiful tomato slices on a crisp, fresh baguette. Fries were piping hot, a great feed for $10. Other dishes raved about at our table; Spicy Chicken Sandwich (Chick-fe-what? Popwho?), the Blazer nachos with beef and the Big Bend salad. It's so nice to see this lovely eatery on Main in sweet Smithville. Hats off and yee-haw! Tell 'em The Hungry Texan sent you.

Awesome! Awesome! Good Burger, everything Fresh! Perfect French Fries! and Wonderful Chicken Wings! But the Service is what stands out most! Jayla and her smile with her welcoming atitude will keep us coming back!

The BEST fish tacos we've ever had, even ordered another round! The salsa and black beans that came with it were incredible too! Jon is an amazing chef and Dante made an awesome margarita, strong and smooth. Nice laid back atmosphere, will find an excuse to come around again asap!

Needed a cold beer on the way back from Flatonia and hubby said he had stopped in for lunch a few weeks ago and was impressed. They did not disappoint. Great service, fantastic nachos and cold beer. Thanks again for bringing water out for our dog. Keep up the good work!!

Hubby had an excellent cheeseburger cooked to perfection and fries. The fries where hot and crispy outside and creamy inside. I had a cob salad. It was the best I have ever had. The dressing was light and tasty. No photos because we ate it to fast.

Great food and friendly service! We got the nachos with beef, smitty cheese steak and fried chicken sandwich. All were tasty and hit the spot. I forgot our waitresses name, but she was prompt and helpful. We’ll be back soon

Just finished eating here for the first time. The mojito was the best I've ever had. Inspired by a visit to Cuba, the bartender didn't disapoint. Great burger and cheese steak sandwich. We will definitely be back. Not sure why the negative reviews as I'm definitely a foodie.

I was in town for just a few days and was told I had to check out blazers. I had the fried oysters and they were excellent. Lightly breaded, plump and juicy - just how I like it! The wait staff is super friendly and the vibe was lively and fun. I will definitely be back!

Food was delicious. I had the Philly cheese steak and the wife had the spicy chicken burger. We will definitely be back. Beer was pretty cold as well 🤪

I’ve been in Smithville for a little over a year and never knew of this place. Did a quick search for restaurants near me and they caught my eye. Took my wife for lunch and they young waitress was very nice and the food was amazing. I got the Smitty cheese steak and my wife got the class cheeseburger and we were very pleased. We will be going back again for sure!

Thus far, far from the expected results of most sports bars kitchens. Less sports more bar and that's a good thing. Never was there a better sandwich in all of Texas, and the view isn't bad either.

Everytime I go here I get the oyster po'boy. It is amazing and never fails to impress. The beer is cold, and a little pricey. I got the sandwich and 2 beers and with a 3 dollar tip it came out to 20 dollars. Even though it makes for an expensive lunch, I will continue to eat here.

Food here is really great with a surprisingly robust menu for a bar and grill. They have some usual suspects with some alternate, creative choices. The burgers, tacos and wings are excellent here.

Stopped in today to have lunch while doing some shopping and it was a great experience! I ordered the Southwest Burger, and it was delicious. My friend had the Cobb salad and enjoyed it too. The atmosphere was sleek and clean, felt like an upscale pub. The waitress was friendly and attentive, kept my tea full (that's important)! We will definitely be back next time we are in Smithville! Beautiful old building downtown, even cute signs in the bathroom 🙂

We stopped at this wonderful place while we were in town Jayla Is awesome the cook is a amazing chef and the owner is awesome. Everything about this place is wonderful family vibe like a local hole in the wall food like you just stopped at a ritzy five star restaraunt you wont be dissapointed stopping in here definitely a must go to spot if your ever in smithville

I'm glad I stopped here..now my favorite spot for pool and drinks when I'm in town...food is also amazing. Fun and friendly staff
