Making Memories Quilt Shop

Best experience I’ve ever had, more than I could have hoped for in a quilting shop. I received so much guidance and encouragement with getting started quilting.

I stopped by Vicki’s wonderful Booth at the “PBTQG” Quilt Show “A New Leaf” in Rockport, this past weekend. I was looking for some more Batiks for Bonnie K. Hunter’s 2019, MQ “Frolic”. I had my Sherwin-Williams paint chips in hand and she was helping me pick out some Batiks to compliment what I already had. She was so wonderful and helpful! She even let me pick out some Notions and other Beautiful batiks and she let me pick them up later. I can’t wait to visit her shop!

This is a small family operated quilt supply shop with a good variety of fabrics and quilting notions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This was our second visit, on the "Independence Trail Shop Hop" which is in cooperation with several other small Quilt Shops in the area.

I drove all the way out here and it was difficult to find. Once I got here, they weren’t even open, although their listing says they are open until 2 pm.
