Paved trail good for a stroller and easy for young children to finish without getting tired. My husband caught two trout in a short time. Lots of handicap parking available. The whole loop is shaded and stays cool.

Easy-to-find trailhead near the Visitor Center. Sufficient parking (when I went yesterday). I walked out for 1.5 hours, then turned around. Signage is good, the trail is in good condition, I really enjoyed walking by the stream for the first stretch, and overall was a lovely hike.

Nice easy trail to start out on for our Great Smokey Mountain visit. We had 18 people with us, and the youngest was 3 years old.

Super easy trail. Wheelchair accessible. Completely paved. Runs along a river we climbed down to. There were also 2 deer there that did not run from us. Parking is right near the trail.

This trial is very easy to walk and Paved! We enjoyed the half mile round trip trail. Not very busy when we went which made for a very peaceful walk in the woods. Nice views of the river. I believe one of the only ADA approved and paved trails in the park. Would recommend to anyone not wanting to do a big climb.

There are no bad places in the Smokies. The nature trail is ADA friendly. Half mile one way, riverviews, old home sites, there are chimneys and stone fences no homes, the benches are wheelchair/powerchair friendly. The only views missing, are the ones like you get at Newfound Gap. Otherwise everything that is the Smokies is available at this nature trail.

Handicapped accessible trail. Paved as long as you stay on trail. Good views of the river with an old fence and a couple of chimneys from old homesteads.

That half-mile was just long enough for me. I really enjoyed climbing on the rocks at one point and I would love to go back next time I visit
