I am so grateful for being a patient with Ascension Seton Smithville Health Clinic. Everyone there is amazing,. Drs. Yen and La Blanc ROCK!!!

Dr. K. Adams is a very professional and qualified doctor. She truly cares about her patients.

The nurses, doctors and assistant are extremely prepared to assist patients. They work very hard to get the correct attention necessary.

My personal experience with the facility helped me in desperate need.

Amazing staff! Rachel always has a smile on her face and ready to help! She’s absolutely amazing and every time I saw her she put me in a great mood. Laura Leblanc always helped explained everything to us to where we could understand it. It’s offices are absolutely amazing including everyone in it.

Dr. Yens was one of the best Rheumatologists I have seen. She listened to all my concerns and was willing to coordinate with my other doctors for a care plan that included all my health needs. Would definitely recommend

Dr. Diana Yens is a one-in-a-million doctor!! Don’t worry if she’s a little late in getting to you - she more then makes it up to you by taking longer with you!! Super doctor!! Talking to her is just like talking to an old friend! Sure do wish she could be a PCP!! I’d change to her in a heartbeat!

Laura LaBlanc is very thorough and spends time with you to hear you, find the problem and explain carefully what needs to be done. If there are options, she carefully explains each in a way you can understand.
The staff is helpful and polite.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. I was having problems checking in on the app and was giving excellent instructions on how too navigate Thur it. Dr. Le Lablac was very nice and informative and she took her time. I didn't fill rushes at all

The Nurse Practitioner Laura was amazingly kind and thorough with my family member today. I felt so confident that we were on the right path when leaving the office! I am a RN myself and went with my family member to assist if needed but from the front desk, Rachel, LVN and the the medical provider were on point. Facility a plus too- Office very clean and easy parking to entry of office which came in handy for my hurting family member.

I have never had anything except excellent care and service from everyone at this facility including the pediatricians, the family practitioners, the nurses and the clerical staff. This is and always has been a top notch clinic and practice regardless of whether I called in the morning of waking up ill or having a long awaited appointment. I’m so fortunate to have this facility and these people as a part of my community.

Check in was efficient. Appointment was timely. Dr Lablanc was efficient, practical minded, friendly and I did not feel rushed.
