Gold's Gym Kirkland

This is the best gym that I’ve known in many years going to others in SF and Seattle. Equipment is great and brand new, free weights are solid and nice. The gym is overall a first-class gym and the staff is even better, super friendly staff, no attitude, Nate and his team are rockstars and make this gym a fun and successful one. Way to go guys!

Fantastic gym that had a good manager & ownership did a great job with the remodel, paint, & furniture! ALL new cardio equipment, olympic weights, workout machines, & massage chairs! Within the last few years & especially this last year (2023) They’ve really transformed this location into a seemingly new gym, but with the same old school family gym feel. They even have full time cleaners now! My hat’s off to ownership, management, & friendly staff for a complete turnaround!

The gym has all new cardio equipment. Everything has been updated from the flooring to the locker rooms, and they are still upgrading everything! It looks amazing! The owner and management have really upped their game, and it shows ..

This is the best gym I’ve been a member of. I moved to Florida and haven’t been able to find anything like it.
This Golds has everything.

I used to go mon-Fri very early in the morning and it was never crowded.

All of the weights and machines are new.

People need to understand what a gem this place is, especially compared to other more expensive facilities all over the country.
I can’t wait to move back in a few months.

I have been a member of this gym for few years now. The staff are wonderful. Craig is the manager there and he is a nice guy too. The equipments are also good there. Few of them might be little outdated but they are good enough to achieve any workout results based on your own expectations. Parking area is good overall too.

The only issue in this gym but I think this is a common issue among all gyms is the issue with some of the members who have no respect at all to the gym rules as far as the large bags they drag all over the gym and talking on cell phones in the workout areas. I am not talking about small gym bags here but large ones that are large enough to take an overseas trip ?! Such people lack self respect so don’t expect much from them.

Again. Overall I like this place and I like the staff and management team.

Kirkland Gold's is the best! If you want a real gym for a good price look no further. This is not a "club" with lots of frills, its a place where serious people go to work hard. The selection of machines and free weights are unbeatable. Dumbbells up to 150lbs. So much equipment that I always have plenty of options even at peak hours. The trainers are top notch and very friendly, along with the front desk staff and manager Keith. I've become good friends with the entire staff who always seem happy to see me and chat. Everyone is so fitness oriented that I've entered local physique competitions with many other members and much of the staff! I go out of my way to come here even though there are 4 other Gold's closer to me. My best friend here has been coming for more than 20 years, and I intend to do the same. The positive atmosphere, great people, award winning management, and workout buddies I've made the past 2 years make it my favorite place to hang out.

Great gym. I enjoy going here more than the fancier eastside gyms. Eager to see how the remodel looks when completed. I'm sure it will be fantastic.

Best gym for the money in the area. No douchey members, most people rack their weights, super clean facility, and extremely personable staff. The Woodinville location has more luxury amenities, but this location has more equipment geared toward the weightlifter.

Joining Gold’s Gym was the best decision! There are so many reasons why I love this gym. The location is ideal because it is right off the freeway, the general atmosphere is positive, motivating and the members are very friendly, and the employees are helpful and inviting. All of the trainers are highly qualified and I have seen all types of people with varying athletic experience working out with each trainer! My boyfriend and I have been training with Ty Senter for the last 2 months while participating in the Gold's Gym Challenge and have both seen drastic changes in our strength, motivation, and confidence at the gym! I recommend this gym for every aspect of fitness.

Great customer service & Facility! The girl at the front desk this past weekend morning (Aug 21 & 22) was very helpful. She assisted me setting up a membership I purchased online. Gym is clean and well maintained.

This location is one of the best golds I’ve worked out at. The staff went above and beyond to greet me every time I came in. The gym is the cleanest gym I’ve been in and the crowds weren’t to bad. Over all this experience left me with such a positive feeling and with all I have going on in my life it’s nice to have an escape from the world.

Gym is always neat and tidy, however it is not the reason I am writing a review. I mainly come in on the weekends and there is a blonde young lady who works the front desk here during the late afternoon to early evening on Saturday and she is just AMAZING! Always makes small talk, always smiling, if I walk in with a question I walk out with the answer. And this just isn’t once, this is every time! Double thumbs up!! Wasn’t sure where to submit this compliment.

Been going here for a month to augment my F45 Training, and it's been fantastic! Clean, large, lots of machines, and most importantly not overcrowded like some other gyms. Will plan to stay for a long while.

The best gym in the kirkland area, hands down. The gym is not too crowded to the point where you see random people everyday. Its almost like a small family you see whenever you go to the gym. The people at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming. Go to any other "Health Center" and you wont find nearly as friendly staff. I cant stress this enough. The gym basically has every equipment for a workout you could possibly need. I didnt know towel service was not a thing at other gyms... If you require a gym without extra features such as a basketball court or a swimming pool/ sauna, I highly recommend this gym.

Great workout gym. Well equipped, clean, friendly staff and professional manager. With group classes. Decent parking lot. Located next to Kirkland corridor so you can do your cardio outside on a sunny day. Or some ride to their bikes. Bathrooms and locker room with showers.

Friendly staff. I was also surprised by the overall cleanliness of the gym and locker room. I'm a new member but so far I'm impressed.

Josh was extremely helpful showing me the ropes and helping me sign up for my membership. It was very low pressure and helpful, didn't feel like I was being sold something, he jus wanted me to get the membership that was best for me.

I've been a member of numerous commercial gyms. None of them ever made you feel like a member of the gym. Just a paying customer. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted first name. Everyone else is too. Not to mention the equipment is phenomenal. Not many places carry serious gear like EliteFTS. They sure do here.

I have been going to Kirkland Gold's Gym for some time and really love this gym. The gym is filled with all the equipment you could possibly need weather your goal is power lifting or bodybuilding. This gym attracts really cool people(good vibes)What brings me back is the relaxed atmosphere, if you're serious about lifting and looking for no frills or b.s. this is your place
