This place is fine, we got a nice view from the deck, clean and overall comfortable room.

The light in the bathroom is indeed very dim, but usable.

About the resort overall, if you're willing to spend a lot of money, then there's a lot to do, otherwise, the water park was enough for me and my family.

Fun place for us to come once or twice a year. Don't really even have to leave the hotel to do everything the kids wanna do. That's why I like it. Go to Groupon and buy your room and you'll save half off regular price usually.

Toni and Melody were super cool at check in. Their personalities made for an exceptional experience.

Our family had lots of fun. I actually got our oldest daughter less terrified of the water in the wave pool where we spent a lot of time. The kids loved the playground area as well. The arcade was fun, but pricey. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. We also all tried the wave rider for the first time. It was actually pretty cheap overall for a mini Vacation. Definitely plan on going back again. Especially since we hated leaving

Rooms are clean and spacious. Gives that little cabin feel with the furniture and decor. The shuttle bus is vary convenient to go back and forth to the indoor Waterpark. Prices are very reasonable for a family on a budget. Arcade area is huge with plenty for the kids to do. The Waterparks did not disappoint! Plenty of fun for the whole family!

Staff was friendly. It was really clean. They take hospitality seriously. Had a wonderful stay. The restaurant was perfect for dinner after enjoying the activities all day. Quiet night sleep.

Comfy beds, great service. So much for kids to do in the resort. We went as a retreat away from the kids and still had just as much fun as all the kids were having. We definitely plan on bringing our kids back this fall/winter. The only thing I wish is that the hot tub was open later for adults. I love their 1,200 sq foot hot tub it's amazing. I dont have a single complaint about this place and cant wait to go back.

I won my 2 night stay and used the water park one day. Had a blast! The beds are soft and comfy, lovely view from balcony

The room we stayed in had 2x queens and a fold-out couch. The room was clean but bathroom is tiny... a claustrophobic person wouldn't use it. Their check-ins start at 4pm and had to be checked-out at 11am. I feel that if we rented a room for a day then we should get closer to 24 hrs worth of time. The main reason we stayed here was for the attached Waterpark, restaurants and other attractions.

We had a great time! This section has its own outdoor waterpark area or you can take the shuttle to the main resort for a bigger outdoor waterpark as well as an indoor one. Pool areas were clean and not too crowded. If you need several chairs, arrive early as they are all taken very quickly. There are pool bars and food available in several spots.
Our room was a king with pull out sofa and had a balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. I do wish there was more than 1 mirror in the room. It's hard for multiple people to get ready with only 1 small mirror above the sink.
Location is good at the beginning of Pigeon Forge where traffic isn't as bad, but you are still close to everything.

Very nice clean place. We had a good time. There is a water park very close that you can go to while you are here. We went and it was a very fine establishment. Hotel staff are very nice and will be glad to help you when you need it. Hopefully we cab come back here. Currently one of the hotel water parks are being worked on. Not to fear though.

We had a great time here. Two queen beds and a pull out couch. My husband and I, with our two daughter's and three grandchildren. We were 15 minutes away from Gatlinburg which was our main objective. The beds were comfortable, room clean and had all amenities were in it. The staff was very friendly. Our hotel had a arcade in it but the big one was in the other hotel in the resort. We took the shuttle over and had a great time swimming and playing in the arcade. Forgot to take pictures because had too much fun. The kids loved it, even the littlest one.

All staff were great and accommodating, clean room, great Service. You could easily spend most of your vacation time there and not leave the property. It can get pricey, but it's easier to make peace with the fact that it's a resort, that's how they roll. Just be prepared to drop a lot of money for normally cheap items. You won't get bored, your kids won't get bored!

Stayed in a One Bedroom Deluxe Two Room Suite. The room will sleep 10 people, but it will not fit all their luggage. We had three adults plus a 6ft teen and were very comfortable. Room was very nice.
Also spent part of an evening at the Firefly Bar & Grill. Eli was great and made super delicious drinks.

Rooms were very clean and cozy. The staff was very inviting and welcoming. I had an 18 months child with me and was able to relax knowing all the rooms around us also had children. Therefore he would not be a distraction. I will most definitely visit again.

I love this place! Inside, you have a starbucks (small) and in the morning, a breakfast buffet! The rooms are small, but cozy. A TV, small bathroom, 2 queen beds, and a pull-out couch. A little table for 2, and even a little coffee maker! If you go down a little bit, the waterpark is huge!

I love that this place is not in the middle of all the ruckus. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed the Waterpark and I appreciated being indoors while they played.
