Wild Bear Falls Water Park

One of the best perks of staying at Westgate is this indoor water park. It stays warm year round, has a lazy river, two water slides, a few hot tubs (one with a section outdoors), and a few areas for kids. It can get busy and there aren’t a ton of seats on the first floor, but lots of tables & seats upstairs. There is a cafe with snacks, pizza, burgers, and drinks. Locker rooms with showers are available, and lockers can be rented.

We spent a whole day here. The kids loved everything, including the water slides. We adults liked the water slides, too. There is a restaurant on site that offers canned adult beverages. This is a great place, especially for bad weather days.

This is an absolutely wonderful indoor waterpark at Westgate Resort. All of the pools are kept at wonderful temperatures, and there are a few hot tubs, including a hottub that is both inside and outside. The outside area is so peaceful. There are 2 large slides, one uses a tude, one does not amd they are pretty thrilling. There are 2 kids areas as well, one for really little and one for just younger or any age, really. Cabannas can be rented. The restrooms are equipped with showers.

A staff member who goes by Logan deserves to be commended for his excellence in customer care and service! He was the first person I met when I first visited last year. He informed us of a military discount we didn't even know we could get and helped us take advantage of every good thing your park offers. Upon my last visit a week ago I seen him again and he was so helpful and courteous that I will only use this establishment for my family water park fun. The park is awesome and all the staff is wonderful. The cafe is amazing as well. This is by far the best time you can have with water in the area! Thank you to everyone but especially Logan! You all did good to employ him.

First time visiting, it was very nice, it is definitely great for kids, I will be bringing my grandkids when they come visit. There is plenty of seating area. They have a second floor looking down at the pool area. It has tables and chairs to eat whatever you get from the snack bar. The snack bar has pizza, wings, sandwiches, and drinks.

Part of the Westgate Resorts on premise indoor water park. The place had a lazy river, 2 large water slides, kiddy play areas and 2 large hot tubs. The place had everything for all ages. Our family loved it. I especially loved the hot tub that was separate on the other side of the building that had indoor and outdoor access. I relaxed while the kids played. My only criticism is that they close at 7pm. Wished they opened until later. Thought the Waterpark was a great amenity to the resort.

Excellent water park for younger children. Everything they could possibly want from a splash to a lazy river to basketball and big slides! Snack bar serves large variety of food and drinks. Hot tubs (indoor and out) are perfect for adults to relax. Lots of seating and tables upstairs and down. Towels available for use in water park only. Even the teenagers had a great at time! MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR MILITARY DISCOUNT!

Very busy with limited sitting space. Day 2 lazy pool and slide were awesome. The lazy pool was just what I needed for stretching my leg around knee. Falling down on it a couple times on Alum cave trail didn’t help.

Lots of fun here at wild bear water park. Theres a ton of things to play on and do. There were a lot of people but definitely not over crowded by no means. Staff was friendly and nice as well. We didnt stay and eat but people next to us got some food and it looked good.

My kids loved it stayed from 1 pm till closing the older kids loved the waterside. The younger kids loved the kiddie area. Would recommend

Great indoor pool for the whole family. Parking is a bit of a chore but worth it. Drove all the way from Indiana we loved. Children 3 and under are free. We loved the lazy river and hot tub. The water was nice and warm, we will definitely be back.

Lots to do. lazy river, water falls,, splash pool & hot tubs. All ages have plenty to keep busy or relax and unwind. Upstairs has a snack bar. You can rent lockers and showers are located in the bathrooms. A+ facility.

Great indoor waterpark. I took my 7 year old daughter there for a daddy daughter fun day. She loved it. Was great to be able to have some waterpark fun when it was too cold outside to do anything water related. The snack bar food was good and reasonably priced too. I will be going back again soon with both of my children and their cousins.

We always have the best time bringing our grandchildren the years we vacation in Pigeon Forge and this year didn't let us down. It's was as awesome as we remembered. 😊

I've been here several real times over the years. It is totally hoakie family fun! 2 hot tubs, 2 water slides, a river, a pool, a little kids area! So much water fun!

Can't say ENOUGH about how great this place is we will be coming back....you can bring you packed lunch for the kids..no coolers...there is a bar and restaurant...craft activities center water slides hot tubs heated lazy river...and a splash pad for the little ones with two small slides is heated....less then a foot deep so jr.thought he was swimming....great way to spend family time

Nice, well maintained park. Lazy river, two slides, toddler splash area, larger splash area, basket ball goals in the water, hot tub inside and one that is partially in and out. All season access. We were in the hot tub while it was snowing. Food upstairs.
