About $7 a person to have a great dessert. Service was good. Let my son try some flavors before purchasing. Felt like we got our money's worth. Clean and friendly.

We were there Jan 13 and there was a young man working by himself. He had the best attitude. He was slammed and not one complaint. That boy deserves a raise!

We came to Pigeon Forge for a vacation for my wife because she gas been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The people here were exceptionally nice and the ice cream was amazing. I can not race about this place enough. It is a must for ice cream lovers!!!

The lady that helped us was very helpful and very pleasant. She was that way with everyone that come in. I would go back as long as all their employees was as friendly as her. I wish I remembered her name. We was on vacation.

Customer service was great! The two ladies there on 8/13 were polite and gave excellent recommendations. A little pricey...but what in this area isn't..? It was our last stop before leaving pigeon forge, we will be back next time.

Very unique because they have all homemade ice cream base flavors and you can mix in any toppings you want. Very tasty!!

I've worked with the Children's home in town and they couldn't stop talking about the ice cream party they got to have from this place's donation. Out of all the businesses here it's the only one they talked about obviously making a pretty large impact for all the kids from this gesture and it's made an impact on me for this brand. 🫶🏻

I normally don’t post reviews but I felt I needed to post this review. This was definitely one of the best marble slab creamery’s I have been to so far. Sebastian “Sev” was amazing, patient, attentive and so kind. I had a large group of 19 consisting of 10 adults and 9 kids, he handled each and every one of us with kindness and care. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by. Thank you so much Sev!!

The ice cream was absolutely delicious and Tae and Seb made the kids day letting them pick toppings! They said best day ever! Great service and product! I had to add to my review after I got home….bc the boys asked at least three times tonight when we were going back. They definitely enjoyed every bit of ice cream, but also just want to give another shout out to the employees, they made it an experience! Right after we walked up to the counter they had the boys dancing and laughing, were SUPER patient letting them try a few samples before they decided, and made the addition of toppings into almost a game…they said watching them do the mix ins was even MORE fun than watching rolled ice cream! Shocked to see this place has ever gotten less than 5 star rating, must have been before Tae and Seb started! Give them a try, five stars all the way!!!
