Tree Tops Resort

Got here on Sat, Feb 24 and here until Sat, Mar 2. I do not want to leave. I wanted to write a review now while it's on my mind and ensure the staff and management know how grateful we are for the awesome accommodations. The Tree Tops Resort is truly a lovely place, clean, family-friendly, and all-around well cared for facility. We are two adults in a two bedroom, two full bath (plus half bath), full kitchen with all appliances, dishes and pots and pans. Resort has an indoor and outdoor pool as well as indoor and outdoor hot tub, game room, fitness center, and balconies overlooking a stream that is absolutely breathtaking. The sound of the water is so peaceful and serene. Resort is only 1-2 miles from Gatlinburg attractions and a short drive to Sevierville. So many activities and fun things to do here, all close to Resort. Restaurants and eateries galore, gas stations close by. Just a wonderful, positive experience. Thank you, Tree Tops Resort!!!

Family of six two adults, 9, 5, 1 and four month old. We stayed in a Tree top condos up the mountain is basically a little cottage two bedroom and loft room with two two size beds works prefect for our family. The cottage has full kitchen that’s equipped with everyday use appliances making cooking in a breeze we also enjoyed using the gas grill for dinner and the two older kids enjoyed the jacuzzi while we cooked. Only negative is being your own pool towels if you venture off to the indoor pool.

It was a great price for the location near Gatlinburg. Accommodation was great. Showers & Bath were awesome with great pressure. Located near a flowing creek. It is a timeshare and they will ask you to buy in, though we are not owners. Beautiful area minus the Marijuana smell once in a while from neighbors but that is hard to get away from since people downtown smoke it almost everywhere.

A short distance from the strip, the pictures online do not do this place justice. The rooms were clean & spacious with clean linens. The hot water was plentiful. The views are exquisite at this resort in the woods. Waking up to the sound of water flowing over rocks in the creek was refreshing.

Lovely place to stay! Every thing was nice & clean! We were in a 2 Bedroom unit and was very nice! Our porch was next to the creek! Heated pool, nice hot tub! Enjoy playing BINGO in the recreation room! Nice gas fireplace! Enjoyed Shuffleboard also! We will be back! Nice Resort!

We just returned from Tree Tops Resort and we were there through January 6th, 2024. The view was fantastic. We love Gatlinburg during the Christmas/ New Years. It was beautiful there, the decorations so colorful. The staff there go above and beyond to make your stay so joyful. We plan on returning for a 3rd year straight. I am never disappointed there. Love, love, love ❤

We spent 3 nights with friends who own a time share with the Tree Tops Resort. The buildings and rooms were well kept, clean and well appointed. The weather was very cold and the gas logs in the living area were a welcome addition. Due to the time of year, the resort was not very busy. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub, horse shoe pits, gas grills, picnic tables and kids play area available for guest use. The resort is located beside a pretty mountain stream you could fish in with the appropriate permit. The resort is very close to the center of Gatlinburg, but the narrow road without sidewalks would make it dangerous to try and walk anywhere. If you are looking for bigger accommodations than a standard hotel room, which are close to the Parkway in Gatlinburg, but not on the busy main road, you should consider the Tree Tops Resort.

We've vacationed here many times over the past 30 years. The resort offers, multiple pools, hot tubs, recreational activities and entertaining events. Laundry facilities on site and the staff are very attentive to any needs. Close to downtown Gatlinburg. Located at the very end of the Roaring Fork Motor Trail. I'll be back.

Our room was ready, clean, and comfortable. We had 5 people and could have squeezed another on the Queen. We were 6 minutes from the Convention Center

Amazing vacation resort!! Our family loves this place and it is in the perfect location. It's located just outside of Gatlinburg. No hustle and bustle. Just lovely trees and amenities for all the family. Just a few minutes away from the strip. You could easily walk to Gatlinburg from the resort. We love using the jacuzzi, fire pits, swimming pools year-round. (Indoors)

Great spot, just outside of Gatlinburg. Easy drive to all the attractions. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. Would stay here again.

Great place, room was clean, updated, and large enough for 5 of us. It is located right at the end of the Gatlinburg moto trail and offers the opportunity to take hikes without driving anywhere. Service was very responsive and they had many hot tubs, pools, and a sauna which I personally love.

If you are coming to Gatlinburg, then this location is perfect. You are about a mile from the heart of Gatlinburg. For parking, drive towards Gatlinburg and on the left is pay parking for $20. You are on the edge of Gatlinburg.
Now about the resort. We got a 2 bedroom, full kitchen, two bath dining room and large living room with gas fireplace. This place is beautiful and more than we expected. It also has an outside balcony with chairs.
They have three pools with an indoor hot tub. Good Wi-Fi. Cable TV.

Loved our stay at Tree Tops. The location was perfect --close to town but also steps away from the National Park. The unit was updated and clean. We had one issue with AC during our stay which was resolved quickly. My kids loved the activities room and the daily bingo! We would absolutely return some day and highly recommend!

Great location near town not far at all! Beautiful stream runs right next to it. Had plenty of stuff for us and family to do and see. Hike up mountain to too resort is beautiful too. Heated pool and hot tubs. Game room for kids, and Miss CC was amazing with kiddos and very gracious. The rooms were updated with flat screens and nice furnishings. Looking at reviews for just weeks ago was pleasantly surprised there were no new updated room photos so included some we took. Over all great experience

Best resort tp stay in. Always clean, rms always up to date with items. Linens ate wonderful. Hope it always stays with the same mgmnt n staff including maintenance n maintains it 5 star Gold Crown status.

Great location for visiting Gatlinburg in the Smoky mountains. Room was very clean and the staff were friendly.

We'll be back soon! Much better than some other mountain resorts we have stayed at.

They have kept the rooms updated with new amenities such as carpeting, knife block, Keurig, Pyrex dishes, etc.
For many resorts, they have lacked updates to the rooms. It's one thing to want to experience a "country feel," it's another to do with less than acceptable accommodations.
Great job to Tree Tops!

The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean, the location was great. We did have a leak in the kitchen sink but they came to fix it rather quickly. I was able to extend my stay at a reasonable rate. I recommend if you’re staying in Gatlinburg. Only downside is to be mindful if traveling with kids, it’s quiet zone after 10pm (understandably). We were snow fighting with other guests at 10pm and were told by other guests we were being loud. Again, it’s understandable because of the time but overall our stay was great!

We spend a whole week here. And we absolutely love it!

We just got a few weeks ago from being there. Loved it! My kids love the pools, one my daughter's absolutely loves going to Story time so I hope they keep that going and more people need to get involved in doing the activities there they are very fun. I wished they would start doing pot luck again we enjoyed getting together with other people and having a good time eating listening to music and socializing. Can't wait to go back next year.
