Very delicious. Line was slow as they only had one worker, but she did a great job. We had the Big Dog Funnel Cake (funnel cake with scoop of ice cream and choice of syrup). Definitely worth the stop!

Really long wait in line/slow service. But the staff was friendly, and the ice cream was good. Expect to wait for a while, and prices are a LITTLE high, but we were satisfied!

This place is my kryptonite, a true banana split. Ask for hot fudge, not chocolate sauce. You can ask and offer to pay for extra whip cream and nuts. However, you won't get it. i have been their and asked on more than 10x in the last month or so and not 1x. Even changed tp the funnel cale with ice cream and hot fudge and still couldn't get more whip...

Our first time here. The line was very long, as we'd expected based on reviews. Our favorite ice cream flavors were super cow and strawberry. The service was applicable. A few tables to enjoy your desserts in the establishment, but I could not indoors because it smelled like burnt and it was making my eyes teary. Other than that, we enjoyed it very much!

This place is the bomb!! My husband and I ordered the “Mad Dog” which is funnel cake with ice cream and a topping; we ordered a funnel cake with only the blueberry cream pie ice cream…and YALL, y’all got to order this! I have a deep love for funnel cakes and this is the best one I’ve ever had. My husband and I had no problem finishing the whole thing…and we even went back our last night in town to get it again. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend hitting this place up on during your stay in Pigeon Forge!

OMG, if you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to go. My wife and I both had the Mad Dog funnel cake. In the end, we both felt like we were part of the obese category.
This place makes great funnel cakes, cooked perfectly. Good quality ice cream, too!

We actually went here twice. At night for milkshakes (which were better than Crazy Mason's) and in the morning for donuts. Both times the prices were reasonable and food was good quality. Staff was pleasant too. Very happy with our experience.

The ice cream here was soooo good! They have the sweetest photos posted on the wall, and the deserts are large enough for 2/3 people. We came here to eat dessert before eating our dinner at the almo, which is just above it. 10/10 recommend!

It's one of our favorite stop in Pigeon Forge. It's a most have for us to here before we head home. They have many different flavors to choose from. We absolutely love the ice cream, tastes great.

This is a fantastic ice cream shop! Great variety of creative treats, hard scoop, soft serve, cotton candy and tons more. I got the shaved ice, and it was huge! The ice cream on a cloud was a big time favorite for my kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience and a must stop!

A great stop in the middle of a hot vacation day. Delicious and unique dessert options right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Dog friendly too... obviously :). We all went simple in our first visit focusing on single scoops in waffle cones. The staff were super fast and efficient. We will definitely be repeat visitors.

Good ice cream unique menu. Soft serve or hand dipped. Range from $3.99 to $6.99. Snow cones for $5.99. Funnel cakes ranging from $6.99 to $9.99. Even have ice cream on a cloud and cotton candy burrito that had 3 scoops of ice cream inside for $6.49 and $6.99.

Delicious!! Very kind and courteous staff! I will definitely return again! There was sitting inside but they also have a nice patio area if want to be outside.

I was determined to get Mad Dogs before I left. I am glad I did. The wait was worth it. The line was to the door when we arrived and only got worse from that point. More than worth the wait however. Price for my family of 5 was rather not too bad. I was anticipating 50 or more. Nope. Ice cream was delicious. Stole a bite of the wife's funnel cake and it was great too. This is a must go to place.

Awesome ice cream! The cotton candy burrito is a sugar rush and is a great sweet treat! They have great customer service as well!

This place has good ice creams. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I requested some shaved ice with peanut butter for our dogs. They had no problem fixing it for us. She really enjoyed it. Also had some ice cream doggie treats which I got her one to put on top.

Been here three different times and every time I’ve been here the service has been really good and I’ve enjoyed the food/treats we’ve gotten. Atmosphere is cute, not lots of places to sit but food and service 100% overrides.
