Public Storage

This rating is for the Public Storage unethical company business practices as a whole. After a couple of months of teaser rates they DOUBLED our rent. DOUBLED. On two storage units! This is legal EXTORTION. They know you can't move a full unit that fast, and most of us don't have the time, so they rake you, hoping you'll just pay it rather than move. Well, we're moving. Don't waste your time or money.
On the plus side, the site manager Joaquin is an incredible guy and keeps the place clean and tidy. He should go to a place where they appreciate what they have.

Mark from district called personally to make it right. Rarely in business does someone take the time to listen and take measures to correct a negative situation. I am happy to report that the increase has been resolved and we are more than happy with the result. Thank you Mark and Joaquin for your personal touch and resolution, and to Public Storage for the employ of such outstanding people.

The staff here is amazing! Adeline was so nice and thorough when she signed me up the first day and even went out of her way to make me feel welcomed verbally multiple times. Ja quin is so patient and was very understanding about my issues and always had a solution for me. Even ran in to their district manager Rick who was non stop working but still managed to answer my questions in a nice and calm manner. I’ve worked with the public for over 15 years all over the country and I do have to say this team impressed me at this location! They deserve all the recognition possible.

We just completed a rental contract for a 10x10 space. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The building is super clean and easy to move into.

Storage facility is clean, well lit, and very secure. Joaquin, in the front office, was very helpful.

I had an awesome experience selecting a unit from Public Storage. Cathy provided excellent customer service. She had a company meeting to attend when I walked inside but didn't ask me to come back. Her walk through was specific as she answered all my questions. The facility is immaculate and the 5×5 unit here is about $25 cheaper than my last storage unit.The location is close to my house and Fort Sam Houston. Thank you Public Storage.

The associates are very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well lit, carts have been available every time I've been there so far. I moved with the help of an 18-wheeler and the truck made it in and out of the lot without issue.
