Truly a awesome place to sit down and relax after a long day of activities. Rather it be with the kids, the wife, or just yourself. Live music, a fire, drinks and the burger I ordered was amazing!!! Keep it up guys. Nice way to wind down after a long day.

I’m been in the service industry for over 30 years. I ordered the Firefly Salad & added Salmon to it, & it was quite possibly the BEST salad I’ve ever had! Service was good as well. Don’t change a thing!

I order the Firefly Salad and add the salmon, every time. This is by far the best salmon I eat every year. I didn't take the picture until after I had scarfed half of my salad down. There were an abundance of oranges, pecans, strawberries and what I think was an arugula greens mix. I don't eat vinaigrette dressings however there was what tasted like a delightful Caesar dressing slightly drizzled atop of the salad. This is my go to meal at the resort. It is on point every time. Our kids love their all beef hot dogs and their French Fries. The fries are SOOO GOOD.
Here is the deal. If you go in the winter, you will get cold sitting inside by the bar with coming and goings of the guests from outside. You ARE not going to freeze. Dress warmly.
The bar and grill has always been understaffed much like many restaurants across the country. It is difficult to get service in a timely manner during the busier times. We wait for the down time. Then? No problems.
Go. Enjoy. This is a resort that is family friendly. The salad with the salmon? 5 star quality. A much needed adult meal while we are all exhausted from our children's vacation. Let's face it. We don't do it for us 🤣

It's a gosh dang water park grill people, what do you expect. Get off your high horses. If you live here, obviously don't come here, if your staying in the water park then expect water park quality and prices. It was just dang fine for us!

Service by Marsha was excellent. Food was good and tasty. Price could be better. Had a good experience overall.

Grilled chicken salad tasted good but was really skimpy and salad wasn't even chopped up. Really strange.lucky I was starving

You have a very beautiful place that would be perfect for a romantic dinner but you don’t really have much choice of food. You really need to expand your menu options for steak and chicken or seafood

It is absolutely way too cold in here for any self respecting establishment.
Everyone in their jackets trying to enjoy dinner while getting blasted by freezing air coming in from the door.
They have ZERO HEAT ON! Nothing coming from the ceiling vents.
Any bar or restaurant I’ve been to with outside access has a heater blasting hot air above the door when open.
Our food was cold within just a few bites, better off eating in the room.
Went too the customer counter twice about getting the heat turned on, explaining everyone there is quite cold. Management never came out, and no one even came over to see the problem. Telling me it’s cold because people travel through the door is not an excuse. Get the heat working and add a heater to that pneumonia hole!
Take care of your customers in the winter, you’re going to get people sick!
Miserable experience, but the server Gabi was great, the servers are cold too by the way.. Everyone wearing jackets in their hyped up “grill”.
We had to get takeout trays and leave half way through our chilly meal. $100+ wasted, will not be returning. (They give you plastic forks and knives btw)
This place promotes itself as a resort with premium dining, reality feels more like a glorified mountain themed Chuck E. Cheese with hotel rooms attached.

Ordered the steak. Cost 33 dollars and came out ice cold. Had to walk to the bar to get service and place order. Terrible service and terrible food. Fast food would have been better. If you are in the wilderness Waterpark and hotel, do not waste your time on this place. A zero star would have been better, but had to put a one star to give a review.

If I could give no stars I would. Service was bad waitress had an attitude from time we walked in. Made rude comments to my family. Food was not good ordered burgers all well done they were raw. Server lied told us they were out of Mac n cheese manager said they werent. Prices were too high. The only positive was a nice manager we talk to the second one who did her best to try to make it better. All out bad

From the balcony of my room I could see directly into the kitchen of the Firefly Bar & Grill and let me tell you I was absolutely disgusted by what I saw happening in that kitchen. Cooks did not wash their hands, after handling their personal cellphones, after eating over the prep area, or after touching their face and hair. But that’s not all. A server came in and was eating French fries directly out of the frying basket. Then she started picking food out of the prep area and eating it! I watched this go on for about 20 minutes before I became so disgusted I had to stop watching.
What makes this even more appalling is knowing that prior to seeing all of that, my family and I ate from that very kitchen. I’m sickened by what I saw. I tried to upload the video I recorded but it won’t allow me. I’ll be sending those to the health department.

Regardless if this resort has a waterpark or not- they represent themselves as a resort with nice dining options.

Male bar tender was by himself working while guests kept pouring in. He did the best he could but customers were upset that the wait was so long.

The food was definitely subpar for premium prices. For 2 adults and 2 children we paid over $100 for dinner. $27 steak dinner was disgusting. The steaks were thin and every other bite was fatty. There was one tiny scoop of potatoes- which were dry, a huge bunch of half done broccoli, and a small salad. The steak dinners were served in a Styrofoam to go box- how are you going to cut up a steak? Both my kids food was served later than ours (a huge no no in the restaurant business). The bar manager was called in and AFTER the food was served we were told it was carry out only.

We had to walk inside to place our order. So for over $100 we couldn't even have a server??

The food looks nothing like it's represented online- at best when it arrives it reminds you of thrown together quickly food.

We had been anticipating a nice dinner and was highly disappointed.

I only left a tip because I felt bad for the bar tender having to deal with that huge rush!

I'd recommend staying away from Fireflys unless you're just there for a drink- horrible experience.

Overpriced sub-par food with slow service... No excuse whatsoever. We even had to get our own drinks from the bar. They charge $6.99 for pretzel bites where u literally get 7 bites and watery cheese. I even asked if that was right and they said yes. Soggy nachos. Never again!

Service slow. Salad came in Styrofoam container with plastic silver ware. Drinks and water came in plastic to go cups. While waiting for dinner it started raining and 100 people came in from the pool walking past our table.

Don't eat here . Cold food , missing items , no service.
Where's the ticket system ? Think there was a server but not sure lol . This place was laughable.
