The Chop House

This restaurant is a great restaurant, the ambiance is something to check out. Long wait time even with RSVP, so make sure you definitely RSVP because I can only imagine the waiting time if you don't. We had a slight mess up with the order however the manager quickly rectified the situation.

Standard Chop House, with great food and great service. It was a great anniversary dinner and at the end they brought out a dessert, candle and card celebrating our anniversary (mentioned this when booking reservation online). Drinks were yummy, steak was cooked perfect and the 8oz lobster was really good.

I recommend reservations.

What a great evening out with my husband for his birthday. Food was great. Great service and atmosphere. Definitely try the deviled eggs with brown sugar bacon😋

Outstanding establishment! Highly recommend this place if you're craving a steak. The prime rib was absolutely delightful. Service was also perfect. Will visit again before we head back home.

My husband and I ate here and told our waitress that we were celebrating our wedding day. Lynette, our server was so sweet and brought out card and free dessert!!

Seventeen years ago, I visited the Chop House in Pigeon Forge and had a wonderful experience, which made me want to return. Recently, I revisited the restaurant with one of my closest friends. However, he encountered a problem with the hostess, who was somewhat rude and mostly ignored him. On the other hand, our server was very friendly and pleasant. The food we ordered, including the Corn Tamales as an appetizer, my friend's tenderloin medallions, and my trout, was delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic meal.

We ate lunch here while shopping, it was delicious. Seated right away in a nice booth. Our server was wonderful, very attentive. The menu is great, something for everyone. I had the Rosemary Chicken and my husband had the Chicken Caesar Salad, both meals were excellent. We had such a good meal that we came back for dinner! I had Filet and my husband had Prime Rib. Absolutely fantastic! I definitely recommend!!

Just found our Mountain get away steak house. Heard it was the best. Made our reservations waited about 30 mins and it was on. We ordered the Prime Filet Medium plus and it was like butter. Onion ring apps and deviled eggs. Yea you have to order and try. The best!!! Thanks for a great experience and wonderful food we will be back.

Was in town from Chicago celebrating the Christmas holiday with about 18 family members. Called in advance and this was one of the few places who could accommodate us. The staff, service and atmosphere was great. Only pricey per person bc it was Christmas and we splurged! Otherwise, definitely can find a decent meal and drink for a reasonable price. 👌

First time we had eaten at this establishment and it was FANTASTIC! The appetizers and food were awesome. Amanda our server did not miss a beat! She was GREAT! All around great visit. We have found a new favorite place.

The Chop house was recommended by a friend who has been several times before. After reviewing the menu I know this would be a good place to enjoy with my family.

Hosts was very professional and welcoming. We probably waited all of 15 minutes to be seated and it look like it was packed house when we went on Sunday around 7pm. Our server was very nice and stayed on top of things and communicated with us throughout our dinning.

- Grilled chicken breast and BBQ ribs
- 16oz Ribeye steak w/ a house salad and loaded baked potato (pictured)
- Steak burger with frid

Nice place at the Tanger Outlet, it’s better to reserve your table in advance, nice ambience,our server Adam was great,and the food was delicious too.

Ashley was incredible! My fiancée and I just got engaged and she just finished nursing school so we came to Tennessee to celebrate! So glad we stopped by The Chop House because Ashley gave us an experience to remember forever ! She was really kind and made sure we was good from start to finish ! I highly recommend if you are In the area ! The management came and congratulated us and checked on us more than once and that meant a lot ! Great establishment to check out !

Meg, our bar waitress was great and so was our food! Meg makes amazing amaretto sours as well!

I love the food here. They have a great menu with lots of delicious choices. I had the petite pork chops with mashed potatoes and creaned spinach. One of my favorite dishes. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

Love this place! They have very friendly and helpful staff. Service is always great as well as the Food. If you are in the area and looking a place with great food and service this is a must stop. There can be a wait at times but that is due to the service and food always being amazing. Also food is delivered in a timely manner.

Relaxing atmosphere... food was great....Wendy was an exceptional server! We can't wait to return!
