Knoxville Pediatric Dentistry - Sevierville

This place is absolutely amazing. The entire staff is so kind and helpful. My son had to get a filling and they were very through in explaining everything to him, easing him through the process, and making sure he was as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s a two hour drive for me, but much better than my local dentists in East TN. I absolutely adore them here.

We took our son to the Sevierville location for his first thorough dental exam. Not only do they accept BlueCare, but they have experience with children of all ages and abilities. They let us go back into the room with our child, which is *extremely* important for us because our child is nonverbal. (I should stress that this never even came up. Each child had a guardian with them)
Everyone in the office was so incredibly kind, efficient, and gentle - it really made this a positive experience for all of us.

My 9 1/2 year old and I were both so nervous about his first filling. They were wonderful in answering all of my questions before hand and gave me some great ways to prepare my baby on what to expect. Both the dentist and hygienist were SO extremely gentle, they explained everything they were doing to him as they did it. The Dr made SURE he was completely numb before any injections and again before any work was done. My baby was so relieved and said he felt silly for being so nervous….he didn’t feel an ounce of apprehension or pain/discomfort from start to finish.

Staff was extremely friendly and attentive to my 17 month old baby girl. They let her lead and when she had enough they stopped. It made me as a parent feel great to know she was in understanding and gentle hands. Highly recommend this office for the care of your child.

This was my son’s second cleaning there and they are so good with him and his needs as he has certain sensory issues. They are able to keep him calm and get his teeth cleaned with no problem. They were even able to get X-rays something that has never been able to be done before and he is 9! I was so happy with both my son and everyone there!

Wow!! I am impressed!! Very friendly atmosphere with beautiful hand painted wall art and even friendlier employees! kid's movies play from the ceiling so kids can lay back and watch! My 3 and a half year old was a little nervous, but the sweet and soft voiced dental hygienist helped him to relax. The Dentist was also incredibly nice and likeable! This is the place to take your kids for sure!!!

My daughter is 8, she was nervous at her cleaning because she had a loose tooth. Her hygienist was so patient with her. She explained every single tool she used and what it would do and sound/feel like. She was super gentle with her loose tooth. My daughter was so comfortable with her. The doctor was amazing as well! Very knowledgeable and great demeanor with kids!

I brought my little guy in a couple of weeks ago for his 1st dental visit. The waiting room is cozy with plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained until their name is called. When we initially walked back there my son was not convinced he wanted to get up in that dental chair however Ms. Courtney worked with him and got it done! I was so impressed with her patience and kindness in dealing with a 03 year old that had actually already said NO! I’d absolutely recommend their whole team for the littles dental needs - they rock!

We love this dentist office & the workers. My granddaughter was so nervous & they always go slow & gently ease her along so that they can get her dental work done. They have a great atmosphere for families. They are kind & will answer any/all your questions. They really care about our kiddos. Also they are very safe & the area where they do the work is always very clean!!

Always an awesome experience! My kids love coming to visit all of the Drs at Knox Pediatrics, which makes it easier on a parent to know your child feels comfortable and safe with their dentist and the nurses. Everyone makes you feel right at home and are so welcoming. My daughter has awful anxiety after a few bad experiences with previous dentist, but since day one she with Knox Pediatrics she has loved coming and never gets nervous! They work so well with each of our children in different ways! I love the fact that we get to go back with our kids, which puts my mind at peace knowing what’s happening at all times. Highly recommend!

I love this place. They are so good with my kids, all the nurses, the dentist are so nice and make not only the kids comfortable but the parents too. They do such a great job. It's worth the hour drive for my kids to have a good dentist like this!! I would definitely recommend this office. My kids love coming here and are rarely ever nervous

This place is perfect for your kiddos. My foster son has had a lot of bad experiences with his dental work and at 6 year old he is still terrified of the dentist. The staff there were amazing with him and he absolutely did not want to leave after his appt. Their scheduling is awesome, too!!! The took his state provided Tenncare without any issues. And they treated me no different than if I were is mom .

The hygienist that cleans my daughters teeth is so sweet! I love that if she is scared or nervous they stop what they’re doing so she doesn’t become afraid of going to the dentist! They are amazing with kids, I recommend to anyone with small children.

This group is absolutely wonderful. Took my 3 yr old grandson there in Sevierville. It was his first visit with them. The hygienist talked with him and made him feel at ease before doing anything with him and the Dentist was really good with him too. Reccomend this practice for anybody for their children and especially if they are autistic.

Super friendly, Really great with kids. My son had to have two teeth removed and he was scared. The staff was very friendly and understanding. Make sure my son was not in any pain. It was great and now he not scared to go to the dentist anymore.

Every experience we’ve had at Knoxville Pediatric Dentistry at the Sevierville location has been positive. They are an amazing staff and always make my daughter feel comfortable with any situation. They provide detailed and clear explanations of what they recommend and why. The office is very cute, kid friendly and they play Children’s movies in the lobby and while your child is having dental work done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with children looking for a great dentist.

Lets just just start out by saying my 4yr old daughter is less then impressed by any Dr. She's been to dentist before and wouldn't let them even touch her if they had she would start bitting . First appointment went smoothly barely any kinks. They were very nice and welcoming to both of us. Very thankful to have a dentist like this in our area.

This is THE dentist for my family! The whole office is designed and decorated for the children! The staff was courteous and patient. Dr. Mallard explained everything in great detail. I've already recommended this office to my friends and family! My children have never been so happy with a dentist before and they're actually excited about this dentist. I won't ever go anywhere else!

Everyone was super friendly and so great with my 3 year old. They were great about working with us with a flouride allergy and avoiding using it. My daughter's first dentist appointment was great, she wasn't scared at all thanks to the staff and friendly environment.

I HIGHLY recommend this Dentistry for your littles! Highly professional, timely, considerate, CLEAN, adorable dentist office with their decorations & theme. The staff is extremely nice, attentive, and well groomed. The Dentist himself is wonderful with all children & made us feel welcome and wanted.
