I was in Tennessee on vacation and had a dental emergency. They were able to get me in right away, even though I was not an established patient. Everyone there was so nice and I felt very calm and comfortable even though I had some pain. If I lived in the area, I would want to go here for my regular dentist!

Absolutely love Dr. Reilly! As an admitted coward I put off having a wisdom tooth removed for far too long. After months of pain, I finally relented and made an appointment for removal. She was gentle and told great distracting stories as she struggled with the culprit. By the next morning I was back to my normal routine. I was also pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive the procedure was. Her entire staff is caring and professional.

Dr. Reilly and her staff are amazing. When I moved here 3.5 years ago I developed a tooth problem. After much searching and questions I was referred to her by a coworker. They got me in as soon as they could, made a plan of action after examining me, and quickly resolved my problem. We then discussed dental care and I have been going since. They work with my insurance and schedule and now care for the entire family.

Pain-free, fair prices, very honest about what you have to have done and what can wait. She comes from generations of dentists and she knows her stuff! She also donates her time to come to our rural area schools to teach our students about dental care and hands out dental gift bags. Best dentist in Sevier County!

Dr Reilly and her staff are amazing!!! From our first visit to our most recent, they have always treated us like family. They are very thorough and very good at explaining things. Very honest and upfront with procedures and pricing. My family loves going to her office.

I have been going to Dr. Reilly for several years now and I absolutely love her, Holly, Laura and all of her staff. The whole team is so kind and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to be friendly and make sure that you're comfortable. I actually look forward to dental appointments!

If I could give her and her staff a million stars, I would! Dr. Reilly is the best dentist EVER! I have some extensive work to be done, of which she started today and I couldn’t believe how quick and painless, YES PAINLESS, it was. And her staff..... best staff EVER! The whole staff treated me as if they had known me forever and treated me the way they would like to be treated. You won’t find another dentist and dental staff as gentle and careful as Dr. Reilly and staff. East Tennessee is so lucky to have her/them! Even if you live in Knox/surrounding county/counties, it’s WELL worth your time to drive to Gatlinburg to see her/them! You WILL NOT find anyone like her and her staff anywhere else!

Finally after the years of searching I found the best dentist ever!!! I can’t thank you guys enough how you are about to make me feel again so confident and I can smile again!!! Very reasonable prices!!! The best staff ever!!! I love that place!!! Its going to be my dentist forever from now on!!!

Would of loved to be a patient since my boyfriend and myself are locals. Customer Service is lacking though. Receptionist was on the rude side and not friendly. I can only assume she was having a bad day.

The receptionist basically told me to take my boyfriend to Kodak because they have no openings at their office. She also informed me that no one in Gatlinburg, Sevierville, or Pigeon Forge has openings dentist wise. She was wrong.

I eventually found a dentist to help my boyfriend in Sevierville.

I was a patient of doctor Reilly's for a few years and initially found her pleasant and professional but, that was before mistakes in my care started happening. My experience was that her ego would not allow her to admit mistakes or be questioned. On top of that she is expensive as others have noted and like many so called professionals today, she may have forgotten who she works for and who pays the bills.

Beware...She is money hungry. There are several of us that's left her practice. She will come up with all kinds of dental work you are needing, when getting a second opinion, we don't have cavities!!!! she is building a new office!!! Love the staff but don't like her way of practicing, can't believe it!!!
