Alamo Steakhouse

We always love the Alamo Steakhouse! The service is fantastic and the food even better! Steaks are always cooked as exactly as ordered. Sides are excellent as well, the wedge salad and the mashed potatoes are family favorites. If you get a chance, don't miss out on an excellent steak (or salmon) dinner!

While on vacation, I wanted to try a steak house and boy, this place did not disappoint. Our server was very nice and re-filled our drinks quickly. My steak was AMAZING. The mozzarella sticks were the best I’ve ever had so far anywhere. My wife’s steak did come out over done but they brought another one out and it was great!
Definitely recommend this place if you want steak.

There’s a reason that there is always a wait for a table at Alamo: and that’s because it’s that good! In my opinion, they serve the best Steak in the Smokies! Service is great, atmosphere is great, and the portions of the side dishes and salads are generous. Like I said, be prepared to wait for a table at Alamo. We even had a wait of about 15 minutes at 2:30pm, but it was well worth it!

Absolutely the best steakhouse we have ever been to. The steak's were tender and amazing! The Sombreros ( mushroom) were delicious. Fantastic food, service and atmosphere.

Literally the best food I've ever had. I got the pork chops with a house salad and French fries. There wasn't enough room left to eat the fries but everything else was phenomenal. My husband got the presidential steak, and it was amazing! Our waitress was so sweet and very accommodating.
I think the only thing I'd change was the smell of the restaurant. It smelled like pee inside but that may have been the people around us. The wait is long, but it's pigeon forge so you'll never go anywhere where there isn't a wait. We did something dangerous and went to eat momma dogs creamery to eat dessert first while we were waiting. 10/10 recommend!

Was referred to us by a friend. We enjoyed our visit. The staff was excellent as well as the food. We beat the afternoon traffic so we did not have to wait which was great after waiting in lines all week!

Ah-mazing steakhouse! While the wait was 1 hour even on a Monday night, the food was more than worth it! We had the loaded baked potato soup and the ribeye with a side of garlic mashed and I can honestly say it’s one of the best steak dinners I’ve ever had! I’m not sure what they put in those garlic mashed potatoes, but I was in love!

Amberly was our waitress and she did absolutely amazing. She did an excellent job checking on us, bussing our table, and making sure we were taken care of. We all loved our food, mostly steaks were ordered and the butterflied stuffed shrimp was the absolute best. We come here every time we visit the area.

This place served the absolute most amazing Ribeye steak I have ever had. It was medium rare and "Ocared" which means it was covered with crab, asparagus, and hollandaise. It was super juicy and melted in my mouth! Our server, Anthony, was also a great gentleman and present at the perfect times!

We ordered take out and the service was very kind when I went in to pick up. Food was amazing. The best mozzarella sticks I've ever had. Best steak, they know how to season. Amazing butter and sour cream. Overall it is the best steak house either of us has been to.

The Alamo Steakhouse is an absolute go to for us whenever in the Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Definitely one of the best steaks for the price to be found. Always good, great service and the salads are very good and included. The portions are huge so no need to order a lot of sides unless you want to. Also save a little room for dessert.

We enjoyed dinner so much I didn't get pictures of our food! 🤭🤣 The waitress was friendly and did a great job. We ordered the Horseradish parmesan prime rib strips and prime rib. Delicious! We plan on visiting the location in Gatlinburg soon.

Food was absolutely the winner for this visit to the area. My family comes to Pigeon Forge at least once a year and visits most of the Johnson Family restaurants. We specifically wanted to treat my mother to Alamo for her 70th birthday and I'm so glad we did. All steaks were cooked to perfection. The service was exceptional (thank you, Darcy!!!!), and the atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. Every Johnson Family restaurant we visited did everything right and are very happy to support them every time we are in the area!

We've ate here many times over the years and the food is wonderful and the staff are always very friendly. We love our locally owned businesses and try to support them as much as possible. This location is highly recommended.

This place was phenomenal. My fiancé and I came to Pigeon Forge for his birthday all the way from Charleston, SC and we chose to give Alamo Steakhouse a taste! We are very happy that we did because everything was beyond phenomenal. From the food, to the atmosphere, to the friendliness, and our server Chris. I highly recommend this place to anyone! My fiancé did the 20oz Steak and I tried the old grilled salmon.

Absolutely the best ribeye steak I’ve ever eaten, all the sides was great as well. the service was amazing and the food came out very quick.

Every time we go to Pigeon Forge we have to stop in at the Alamo and have a late lunch early dinner they have the absolutely best steaks and the servers are very welcoming. Totally worth the money for a great flavorful Steak (no A1 or 57 needed) and a rustic atmosphere. I included pictures of several times we have eaten here.

I highly recommend eating here. The food was absolutely delicious. The waitress was so sweet. The atmosphere was nice and we didn't wait very long for our food and we were seated promptly. Me and my husband both had the 20 ounce bone in ribeye and it was so juicy and flavorful it did not need any sauce. It was cooked medium to perfection. We also had the garlic mashed potatoes, fried potatoes, and loaded potato skuns and the bacon wrapped grilled bbq shrimp. It was all soooo delicious. We will definitely be back.

Loved everything! Our server Debi was fabulous. She brought regular and cinnamon butter to our table for their delicious rolls. So nice! Salads were cold, fresh, and large. Everything was brought out at the perfect time. We ordered steaks, chicken, and a sandwhich and everything was perfect. Reasonably priced as well. We enjoyed the music that was playing, too. Can't wait to go back!
