Been fighting several different issues most of my life and this is a safe place to openly discuss them and get the mental help I needed so desperately without any judgement.

This complaint is mostly for the nurses line.
My intake and initial visit was fine, it took a lot of courage for me to reach out for help for my mental health. I've never been a fan of medication. I was originally told it was a 4-6 week wait for therapy, then got seen for a medication appointment in two weeks and told therapy is actually a year wait.
Fast forward to a week after starting my medication feeling nervous, I start not feeling well and concerned and tried over the course of two days to get someone and leaving voicemails and even went to be seen at the ER while waiting because no nurse would get back with me.
Any time someone transferred me, I'd just get a voicemail until I got upset and kept calling did I finally get someone. The nurse working today (5/01) seemed to have an attitude. The lady mentioned she will forward my issues to the NP I spoke with and after 4hrs I get voicemail again.. then I call the front desk and the nurse I spoke with last answers right away. And has attitude again saying she hasn't gotten to speak to the NP for 4 hours to which I doubt.
I hate messing with medication and it alone makes me worried and anxious.
Like they can't be prescribing people medication and offering a nurses line, if no one is gonna care for their patients not only to answer the phone, return voicemails or at least have human decadency for people who are actually just trying to get help and answers.

Despite that hassle the rest of the staff I encountered has been fine from front desk to the doctors.

I waited 2 months for medication I was one since I was 18 until I had my son (who is 2 I breast fed) and now that I'm working again and needing my medication they gave me something else non stimulant and a sleeping pill!!! I dont need help sleeping. I need help slowing down! I did not feel like he listened to me at all. They want proof of what I was on the ADHD test!!!

The secretarys where great. The intake was great. Got put on high priority list and had a medical doctor apt for meds 1 week later. NEVER EXCEPT A DOC ON TV.
I had to tell my terrible story again...she didn't alter my meds diddly. She was a robot. I was referred there in need of meds and therapy. No meds...Still no therapy. I guess domestic assault - ptsd isn't an important topic for help from that lady.

Not as skilled or knowledgable as they should be about the dangers of benzodiazapines. Please dont give out benzo medications to patients if you don.t also warn the patient of the severity of the.withdrawal symptoms. That is dangeroys to harmful to people who trust you to give.them accurate information.

I don't know what's going on but I have been unsuccessful in talking to anyone there about a medication I ran out of. Everytime I talk to someone they transfer me to someone else who is unavailable but there is no option to leave a message. 5 days without my sleep meds. My pharmacy also sent them a message which was ignored.
