Ristorante DellaSantina

This was our first time eating out at this restaurant. We had four members of our family with us for a birthday celebration and we must say the food was outrageously delecious. We are so looking forward to returning and trying other dishes. Our server, Lexus was an excellent server and helped us try a variety of items from the menu. She did such a wonderful job of taking care of us and we will ask for her again

Parking was the only downside here. Kind of a hole-in-the-wall place but surprisingly great. Strongly recommend the lobster ravioli in Alfredo. Lasagna was great too. Minestrone soup was good, not exceptional. We will be back.

We had a wonderful experience! My husband almost cried when he tried the tiramisu, it was so good. I enjoyed the fettuccine alfredo and the bruschetta was great. Our waitress was excellent. We are excited to be back soon!!

First of all, the food at this restaurant was amazing- real authentic Italian!! (Not Amaericanized garbage) Secondly, our bartender Claudia was the BEST bartender we've ever had!! Her mixology skills are top-notch! Best martinis and specialty drinks I have had and I am from Tampa where there a ton of swanky bars. Highly recommend this restaurant for its food and great drinks as well!! We will be back!

Food was incredible, haven’t had Italian food like this in a long time. Traveled to the area and had difficulty finding good food spots but this exceeded expectations. I got the Alfredo with chicken and it truly was the best Alfredo I’ve had from a restaurant. Old fashion was tasty too

Highly recommend dining here! Not only was this the best restaurant that we went to in the entire Gatlinburg area, it was top notch when compared to other Italian restaurants that I've eaten at in my life. The food quality was fresh and well flavored and the service was outstanding. Adam was the best server that we've had in years. All around great experience!

Less Upsetti, More Spaghetti!

My party of 6 showed up after a long day of hiking with no reservations and we were quickly seated. We were blown away by the quality of food and excellent service. They use mostly organic ingredients and I was worried that portion sizes might be smaller but, the portion size was very filling.

Lexus was our waitress and she gave us great recommendations for appetizers and entrees that didn’t disappoint. She was fast to serve us and check on us that felt very natural and not rushed. She made our experience feel cozy and relaxed. The food was so mouth watering good that we did not talk to each other since we were savoring the moment.

Excellent Italian restaurant away from the tourist traps, but well worth dining here! Food was THE best. Staff was very friendly and informative. Our waitress Lexi was amazing.

We loved the bruschetta with the balsamic drizzle as an appetizer. Veal Tortellini and the Lobster Ravioli were the two entrees we ordered. They didn't disappoint! Wine was superb. The Tiramisu topped off our evening!

Word of mouth, no advertising. Have to call to make reservations, but that is part of the charm of this place. Family owned, not a chain. We will definitely return when we return to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

Had a awesome experience. I had Chicken Alfredo my husband had Shrimp valentino. The best authentic Italian we have ever had! Andy was our waiter, He was awesome. The host that is Italian was awesome great Conversation. I learned a little more about italy!!

We wanted to get some local Italian food while in town. The atmosphere is very intimate white table cloth setting. The host was friendly as walking in the establishment. Our server very polite and friendly. The bruschetta was delicious and the side Caesar salad great! The chicken Parmesan came out fresh and hot with a side of pasta. The tomato sauce was delicious and had that little bit of tart flavor in it with chunks of tomato in it. The cannolis are made in house which were good and the lemon cake was imported to the restaurant which was fresh not overly sweet or lemon flavored.

We’re staying in Pigeon Forge and don’t think or worry about the drive. It’s a little over five miles. It’s worth the trip. When you first get there, you’ll be like are we at the right place and yes you are. Once inside you’ll see. The staff is very friendly, professional and very attentive. My wife had spaghetti & meatballs and side salad and I had the lobster ravioli and side salad. The dinners were delicious. Even the bread that they give you before dinner was good. I suggest olive oil, pepper and Parmesan cheese on the little plate. The food was very fresh and our waitress told us that it’s made at the restaurant and I truly believe her. Our waitress Lexus was incredible. The next time we’re in town we’ll going back. Thank you to Lexus and the staff for great experience.

We were in town and wanting some Italian food. After we found our previous go to was closed we decided to look for a new spot and found this place. After reading the reviews we were excited to try it. The Bruschetta was very good the caesar salad was good. The chicken parm was ok. Definitely not terrible but didn’t really blow my socks off as I was hoping it would based off price alone. The cannolis were ok and my wife had the Lemon cake which was phenomenal. Overall the experience was good. The food was good and the service was great. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend if you’re looking for good food and an intimate setting

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with dinner at Ristorante DellaSantina. Absolutely delicious food and service by Lexus was top notch. I made reservations and they had the table all set up for us. The filet special with shrimp was great and my wife had the lasagna. The ceasar dressing was the best I've ever had. Of course we couldn't leave without a cannoli! Great wine list and beer on tap for this Hoosier! We'll definitely return! 😋 😎 👏🏼 ♥

Host stated they were short handed and we did have a little bit of a wait to start while waiting on the server. When the server arrived he was very informative and very friendly. Food, once ordered came out quickly and looked very appetizing. Food was hot and was very well prepared. Excellent flavor.

My wife found this hidden gem when searching for dinner one evening. Absolutely the best Italian food I’ve ever had. My wife has a dairy allergy and our waitress (Lexus) was amazing at helping her build her dish that she could eat. Shrimp with white wine and garlic sauce was out of this world. My lasagna was out of this world good. If you are not taking the time to give this place a try, you are truly missing out.

We call this place our hidden gem. The family has been making authentic, delicious Italian food for years and they know how to do it right. Their Alfredo sauce is the best I've ever eaten. We've eaten here twice now and it is our favorite place for Italian and their desserts are phenomenal too. Please give them a try and ask for Lexus. She is a great server and can answer all your questions and make excellent recommendations. You will not be disappointed!

Update: We came back on Thursday, 10/17. Peter was our server this time and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the wine we selected. The owner was extremely accommodating in finding us a table even though they were extremely busy. Lexus, our server from our first experience, remembered us and checked in with us. Our second experience was just as fantastic as our first experience in every regard and we cannot wait to come back into town again! Thank you!

My husband found this restaurant on Google. We are visiting from out of state and staying in a cabin. This restaurant is off of the beaten path and is absolutely fantastic in all aspects. My husband and I dined here tonight (10/17) with our 19 month old. The owner was very welcoming and very kind to our daughter. Our server, Lexus, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind. We never felt rushed as we enjoyed the garlic focaccia, a lovely bottle of wine, our entrees (lobster ravioli, scallop pasta, and kids rigatoni alfredo), dessert (three chocolate cup) and after dinner drinks. The food was well presented and looked appetizing. Lexus was extremely personable and made excellent suggestions that paired well together. We will absolutely be back (possibly this trip, but definitely next time we are in the area). Thank you for the wonderful experience, and thank you for treating our baby with kindness from start to finish!

Lexus was awesome! Very attentive and hospitable! The bartender is on top of it!! All the best drink recipes and a nice holiday selection! I recommend Santa’s Spritz 😋

I had shrimp Valentino, my wife had chicken alfredo a few drinks, a very nice waiter, and the host that seated us was very nice. The host that seated us is Italian, a very nice gentleman we had a conversation with. The waiter Andy was a very nice young man had conversations with him also. We absolutely loved our food and the atmosphere very clean looking fine dining hole in the wall Italian restaurant.
We will definitely be going back again!
P.S. the bruschetta is awesome, very fresh made tasting.

Nice and calm atmosphere. The calamari wasn't cooked how I prefer, but the food was delicious. I was gonna get the Shrimp Valentino, but the waiter let me know it was very spicy. He recommended mixing the Alfredo sauce. It ended up being the perfect creamy and spicy mix. Our other dish was chicken parmesan
