Super Professional. We wanted to buy a piece of property near our grandkids, son and daughter in law. Whenever we take the 1,200 mile trip from Florida to Texas, we do what the kids and grandkids want to do. We visit a variety of places but not with an intent to buy anything. So when we started looking to buy, we realized that we didn't know the area.We were so glad we picked Ann.

Best choice for remote sale of your property. I needed to sell family property and only wanted to travel to Texas once. Ann and her close ties with the title company made it possible for me to spend about an hour in her office to make it all happen. Our property sold in less than a month, for more than we expected and minimal effort on our part. We could not be happier.
