First time at this salon, but I’ve been seeing Leah for over a decade now, and so happy she didn’t go far once Artistic Salon closed down. Then life got crazy until I realized one day that, oh gawd, my hair hasn’t seen a pair of scissors in 2 years, so she definitely had her work cut out for her! Loved the experience at Tangerine. Everyone there was wonderful, and as always, Leah did a fantastic job reviving my (admittedly self neglected) mane back to looking & feeling beautiful again.

Grace Smith is the absolute best stylist ever! She is such a professional and is so knowledgeable. In addition to her abilities, Grace is a very kind and caring person. I am so happy I found Tangerine Salon in Highland Village and especially Grace! I highly recommend both. Everyone at the salon is gracious , friendly and accommodating.

My daughter and I had the best experience with her stylist. I gained knowledge on my consultation with the process of getting my hair colored and cut and my daughter loves her haircut. We are definitely coming back in the future.

Tried a new stylist today because my normal stylist had a full schedule. I was extremely impressed by Shelby today. She was patient, kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in what she was doing. She listened to what I wanted and explained each step and she was going through my appointment. Trying out a new stylist is always daunting but I left happy & feeling great! Thank you Shelby! Anyone looking for a new stylist, that does a wonderful job with blonde hair, should go and book with Shelby at the Dallas location!

This salon is amazing. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve worked with 3 different stylists here and they have all been wonderful. Most recently I worked with Leah on my hair for my wedding and she blew it out of the park! My usual stylist, Rachel G is phenomenal as well! So friendly and personable and not afraid to help when I’m trying to decide on a new look. 100% recommend the Dallas Tangerine Studio!

This salon is so professional, but sweet at the same time. I have had a few stylists… I only go once a year for partial highlights…. And each experience is wonderful. I love that I can text the salon for appointment changes, and they work with my complicated schedule- it eases the process. The stylists are knowledgeable and kind.

I had the best experience at Tangerine Salon in Frisco. The front staff was friendly (they even brought me a glass of wine to sip on while getting my hair done 😊) and Amber is truly one of the best stylists/ colorists I’ve ever been too. I’ve gotten highlights for over 15 years and not many people have been able to color my hair as good as Amber did today. She also gave me a much needed cut and my hair looks amazing! She was so personable, knowledgeable, and a freaking hair wizard! She even told me what type of brush and products to use at home so that my hair thrives in between visits. Thank you Amber!

Others with curly hair will probably agree that it’s hard to find someone to cut their hair so it lays correctly and looks nice as it grows out. I’ve been going to Sarah at the Dallas location for years, and she’s perfected the art of cutting my super curly hair to where it looks great curly and blown out straight. So if you’re looking for a new stylist, I recommend giving her a try!

Ashley is the only person I trust to bleach my hair. She always makes sure during the season that my hair stays strong and doesn’t get fried. She is overall a sweet and amazing person and is able to work with my work schedule when booking.

Nikki is fantastic! She's an amazing stylist and colorist! She got the color and cut perfectly! She covered up my greys and I look and feel brand new! She definitely deserves a HUGE bonus and recognition in your company! Perhaps an all-expenses paid trip to your corporate headquarters in Minnesota for a retreat to your convention to learn all about the latest products, styles, trends, classes, etc.? She deserves it!

Annie is the best at what she does! I am a happy customer after every visit. I see her every 6 weeks for a partial highlight. Her work is flawless, I never have to worry about a random bleach spot by my temple, or my hair looking brassy instead of blonde. Receptionists are always friendly, which goes a long way in my book!

Kelsey is AMAZING!!! I have followed her as she has transition salons and will not let anyone else color my hair!! Her understanding of my hair and color theory is incomparable! I ALWAYS get so many compliments for her handiwork!

Catherine was so nice and I had a wonderful experience. The salon itself is so beautiful & up to date. The check in was easy and quick. Catherine was so kind & was so genuine when getting to know me. I instantly felt very comfortable & enjoyed my time. She did a great job giving me a haircut and blowout! Thank you! Will definitely come back

I absolutely love this salon. I have been Instagram stalking them for about a year. Unbeknownst to me, (new to the area) I came stumbling into the parking lot headed to Buckle. My Sissy was like “ look there is a salon” I saw the name and was thrilled. We went in an had availability for same day. My stylist was Grace. I loved the time she took to talk about my hair and what I wanted. We agreed on what was best. I was asking for an 80’s shag. My hair was past the middle of my back. Grace made sure I was 100% okay with cutting like 6-8” off. I so was! Graces shampooing skills were off the chain. Warm wraps for conditioning. Just fabulous! I left feeling like a million dollars! No one from work recognized me. It was great! Thank you so much Grace! Can’t wait to see you for a coloring!!! 5/5

My first time here was with Natalia and she is wonderful. She took her time with my root touch up and hair cut. She gives the best scalp massages during shampooing. I appreciated her time and friendliness. She’s easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. The salon itself is a beautiful and spacious area with lots of natural light. The ambience is relaxing. There are plenty of Aveda
hair products to choose from before or after your service. All in all, this is a classy salon. I’ve also had Katie Judd do my hair. She’s so nice, professional and thorough. Every stylist I’ve had at Tangerine Salon (Dallas and Coppell locations) has been really good at what they do. Thank you for that.

Me and my daughter went to the Dallas location. She had Rachel Gower as her stylist. Rachel was super friendly and did amazing with her hair!

Fair prices and excellent hair craftsmanship
My second time getting my cut here. I got my hair cut by Shelby- she was amazing! I asked for curtain bangs and to defuse my hair and boy did she understand the assignment! Her haircut was worth twice what I paid for it! Not only that but she was enthusiastic about her work and her excitement was contagious and showed me how to style it the way she did. (I also appreciated there wasn’t any awkward small talk, you know what I mean). I will request her every time. Here are a before and after photo (the bangs is the after).

I recently relocated to the area and I am REALLY picky about salons. Tangerine is the best I've found and I will keep returning. I have a tricky pixie cut that can be tragic in the wrong hands. John has kept me looking professional since the holidays. The salon is well managed, very clean and has a good vibe. The prices are comparable to other Aveda salons. The area has some great shops nearby and a nail bar if you want to make an afternoon of it or a quick in/out off 75 if you're on the go. This busy, working mom recommends Tangerine!

Kelsey did An amazing job, haven’t had my hair cut in four years due to not finding the right person. She made me look younger and my hair is healthy and gorgeous! Already booked my next appointment! Thank you Kelsey!
