The hygienist and Dr are very knowledgeable. My daughter is the patient and she loves the care she receives at this location as well as the Mesquite location.

My dental hygienist, was very professional. She did an excellent job on my teeth. I would highly recommend her. She is very thorough and takes her time to ensure your teeth are clean. In my book she’s the best.

Dr. Daniel Ingel is an expert at what he does and is super fast. He and his assistant (i didn’t catch his name..) worked with each other with almost non-verbal communication. It was amazing. I was in and out with consult and procedure in less than two hours. Can’t beat that.

Office staff is friendly and doctor Amina is knowledgeable in her work.

I have never use this Provider before. I thought I would just give it a trial. I was most satisfied. The office was clean. The staff was polite and the office manager was great. The dentist and the dental technicians were excellent.

This dental office is super excellent! Dr Amina did an exceptional job on each procedure. She is extremely precise and thorough. While Teka helped me w/the best payment method and plan for the multiple procedures I needed. And Pedro was conscientious and attentive to my comfort level during multiple X-Rays and when he assisted Dr Amina during numerous crowns and a tooth extraction.

Staff is very kind and always take care of me when I come for my appointment.

The Monarch office staff in Carrollton is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Amina is also very nice. They were able to get me in same day when my dentist at a different Monarch office wasn't available. Thank you.

A wonderful dental office! I switched to them recently because I wasn't very happy with the care I was receiving at my last dentists'. In 3 visits there, I was only visited by the dentist once for maybe about 10 minutes total, and they neglected to go over pricing and explain treatments to me thoroughly. All I ended up getting done there was a deep cleaning. Here, they are very kind, thorough, and the dentists took great care in explaining my treatment ahead of time, including the reason and need for treatment. I had a cleaning, 2 fillings, and a crown in 2 visits. They are no frills, don't beat around the bush, and they do excellent work. Front desk staff is very friendly and kind, too. Wait times are a little long at appointments later in the day, but I went in the morning one time and was seen instantly so I think it just depends on what they have going on with other patients. Highly recommended!

Staff was very friendly. Changed my overall dentist experience. Was very nervous and in pain, the assistant did everything possible to calm my nerves and the procedure itself was done with care not to cause me further pain. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Scheduling online was fast and easy. Intake process was also quick. The staff are very professional and pleasant. I was able to be examined and have procedures done on the same day. The doctor and assistant were professional, diligent and did great work. Great experience, highly recommended!

The staff was absolutely warm and friendly. They attended to my questions with knowledgable and thorough answers. Both the attending assistant and the Dr were absolutely amazing. Making sure I was both comfortable and informed throughout the process. The Dr made sure to do her best to ease any discomfort quickly and efficiently. And while the procedure presented the Dr with certain challenges, she assured me throughout that she would take very good care of me. I am very pleased with my experience here. And that's saying something after having had some pretty horrifying experiences with other dentists in the past. I highly recommend Monarch Dental for anyone who has just had a less than exemplary experience with their dental care. These people took excellent care of me. Thank you Doc and staff.

Friendly professional staff they made me feel more like family than a client. If I moved three hours away I would drive three hours to continue my treatment with them. Believe me when I say this . My doctor is in Abilene Texas.

I can’t say enough about the dentist and the staff at the Carrollton location. I was running late for an extraction and they called to see if I was okay. When I arrived the staff was courteous, explained again in detail the procedure and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. The dentist and hygienist were every bit of amazing. Before the procedure started, both ladies said that they wanted me to have a pain free experience and they did just that. Everyone was professional, courteous and most of caring. Would I go back? I am! Do I recommend this location? Yes, I highly recommend this dental office!

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have had some horror stories when it comes to dental offices in my lifetime and avoid them at all cost if I can. My husband came across this office after I could no longer stand the horrible customer service from a previous office. I was blown away at my experience! Dr. Narayan ( gentle hands and couldn't feel the numbing shots) and her dental assistant Hiba are INCREDIBLE and would recommend them highly! From the front desk receptionist Rochelle to the clean and warm environment to the dental procedure itself, I could not be happier. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!

Ladies in the front are super nice. The doctor and assistant Victor are very professional and nice and do great work. I got 3 crowns done and filings the same day. No pain after the procedure. Thank you to all the individuals in this office.

The dentist Sandy's NARAYAN TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME REALLY LISTEN TO ME AND SHE TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A TOP IMPORTANCE.
