A little while ago, Kyler helped me upgrade my phone. He was very personable and helped me set up my new phone.
He really knows his Samsung!
I just wish I could get Verizon internet at my home.

Grey was awesome and juggled several different customers at one time helping us all get what we needed! She deserves a raise! I was impressed with her customer service skills and I could tell she knew what she was doing. She worked fast and was efficient.

Grey worked hard to help her customers. She had people waiting, but she stayed professional and made sure we were completely taken care of. She definitely went above and beyond.

Mohmad was absolutely amazing. He did a phenomenal job taking care of us while taking care of other customers. He spent an extensive amount of time with us to make sure we were taken care of completely. We really appreciate the customer service provided by him and the patience he showed.

Dawson was really knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me set up my new iPhone 15 and get me everything I needed. He was very personable and fun to talk with as we set it all up. Thank you Dawson!!

Great Store! Was helped by Katelyn and she was awesome! Took care of all of my needs quickly and effectively while being friendly and welcoming as well as assisting others in the store at the time in a very timely and respectful manor! I wasn’t having the best day and my phone finally gave up on me but I left with a smile !

Went to this store to get information on new phones to upgrade. Tyler was the one that originally helped me understand everything and answered all my questions. I decided not to get it right then as I ran out of time and needed to get back to work. Came in the next day and the store manager hayden helped me. I let hayden know about what Tyler did for me and made it very clear to Hayden that Tyler was the absolute sole reason why I went back to this store. His customer service was on par. He was way nice, knew his stuff and was very patient with me when I was trying to understand everything. I did go visit the Syracuse store to ask some other questions and the sales guy there was an absolute jerk to me and treated me like he was the almighty and that he knew everything. Because of his actions is why I decided I am going back to the Brigham city store in the hopes of working with Tyler but it was his day off. However hayden was just as friendly and knowledgeable and I left there extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I went and traded in my phone for a new promotion they were having, and Katelyn helped me! She was so helpful and was multi tasking helping multiple people at once and still was able to help me set up my new phone in a very timely manner. Thank you!

What a pleasant experience! David sat with us the entire afternoon getting things worked out. He not only helped with getting a replacement phone but went over our bill and ended up saving us $40 on our monthly bill. He was extremely patient and easy to work with. The other employee was so nice as well I didn't catch her name. I will only go there with all my wireless needs from now on. I wish there was a higher score to give.

My experience was amazing Hayden was so kind and helpful even dealing with my kid who had a million questions and with the hole system crashing!! I was over all super happy

David C. at this store again spent a lot of time helping my mother and me. I bought a phone from this store. David helped me set up everything and answered questions about my phone. I went in a couple of weeks later to ask more questions about the new phone and also to get a couple of things changed on my mother's phone. David helped us with everything. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. We could not have had better service! Makes us want to continue with Verizon for the forseeable future.

Blake and Nikki got me exactly what I wanted when I came into the store. They made sure I understood all the terms of my agreement and got me set up quickly, all while being very pleasant and agreeable. Even though they were offered to me, I felt no pressure to purchase extras like I have other places. Altogether a very positive experience!

When I came into the Brigham City store Nicky helped greeted me. I had a very pleasant experience. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me get all set up and ready to go. I would recommend this store to friends and family.

It was an awesome experience switching. I came in and they were able to start the switching process within minutes. I was not pressured to get anything I didn't want. Nicky was friendly and made sure that we got in and out with our new phones really fast. Would reccomend. Plus you get good signal everywhere with Verizon. Literally max bars on top of the mountain.

Had to update my review. My daughter's phone died but it was time for her upgrade so we went in and due to the deal they had for Thanksgiving we came home with 4 phones. We planned this anyway but the deal was great. Anyway, we got great service from Makali even though it was a busy day (black Friday). Then because my daughter and I changed our minds we needed to go back and swap for different phones. This was just the next day. Makali again provided exceptional service and was helped by Tyler. All of this took a lot of time and they never looked frustrated or like I was wasting their time. Thanks for the help!
One last note, I went in last night (11/29/18) for one more thing and Makali (again! do you live there?) and one other person helped us but I can't remember her name. She too was great
