Kayla was incredible to work with. I enjoy the whole team that is at this location. They are literally ALL willing to help, no questions asked. It’s refreshing because most stores are always focused on upselling. (They did offer me products that made sense for me. However, it was genuine and they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable). Justin has created a great team! Would highly recommend!

Alex was extremely helpful to set up a new line. Very professional, very friendly and made everything easy to understand. We are very happy with our purchases, and hope to work with Alex again. 😁

I highly recommend T-mobile Brigham City. As soon as I came in, I was immediately greeted and felt so welcome. All the employees were kind and helpful in answering my questions. My main technology specialist, Taylor, did an amazing job helping to get me set up with a new phone. She was very knowledgeable and skilled in phone service. I don’t know if she is a manager, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she was. In all it was an amazing experience. Thank you T-mobile Brigham City!

Stopped in the store with the kids (my first clue) with some "hypothetical questions" about the new iPhone 🙄 and left the store each of us more technologically empowered than when we walked in, thanks to the knowledge and assistance of Justin, who also happens to be the store's manager.

Kobe was amazing with helping us get the plans setup that are best for us. His knowledge and honesty was refreshing. We were treated very well. Made a return trip to fix a chat feature (not tmobiles fault) and was once again treated very well.

I called ahead to inquire if they had the phone I wanted. Drew answered, confirmed they did, and put one to the side for me. When I arrived he was already ready to go. He answered all my questions, and both he and his associate (I'm sorry I forgot your name) made sure I got the most out of my plan. They were very professional and got through the process quickly. Overall great experience. I'm very happy with my experience and I highly recommend them.

Worked with a very knowledgeable and pleasant sales assistant named Charidy. She had the phone I wanted in-stock, addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. She looked up discounts and I was able to get a second phone for my wife for free. I am not the most phone savvy person so I appreciated her patience in explaining the functions. Nice to know that customer service is not a lost art.

I had problems with this place about 7 years ago. The workers were too pushy and wouldn't stop even though myself and my partner at the time told them to stop multiple times.

But that was all in the past. I am extremely impressed how this business operates now. Complete night and day difference. The workers are super nice, they have helped me beyond belief. I can not recommend this place enough.

David and the Manager Chris were awesome, they took care of all my T-Mobile needs. They got me a new phone and took the time to make sure everything transferred over. Go see them if you want excellent customer service and appreciation.

Best T-Mobile store I've ever been to. Josh, the manager, bent over backwards to fix our bogo promotion mess up. Extremely frustrating in the moment when you hear you won't be getting the $900 you were promised. He went to work and fixed it for us. Was very impressed by the ownership he took of the situation. Love this store.

Chris (manager) did an awesome job of helping me get my Chinese phone working again now that I’m back in America. It was a huge deal and I couldn’t have reconnected with America without him. He’s awesome. Thank you, Chris!

Kyle the assistant manager stayed 20 minutes after close after working a 12 hour shift to help us out with activating a phone that the apple store failed to help us with. Great customer service

Went in to get past some apps that were restricting my access to my phone and Andrew nailed it quick! Then later ran into some billing issues and he straightened it out again! Get this man a raise or a vacation to the Bahamas!

I have come to this location per a service representative who I was chatting with this morning to resolve the issues that I’m having with my galaxy watches they have been outstanding as they have been in the past trying to resolve our issue with our new iPhone 13 iPad was getting activated and getting the correct service and everything done I would highly recommend these guys they are professional and no there’s stuff
