AT&T Store

Tyler was really helpful after our user error of setting up our new IPhones. When we first got there he wasn’t sure if it was possible to switch the eSIM card through the store but he was willing to try for us and found a way to resolve the issue for us. He saved us so much time and money from switching over screen protectors ($100 value) and he had a great attitude and sense of humor. Kept us smiling even though it was a frustrating situation. 100% recommend working with Tyler!

Kendrick was awesome! Quick to serve, smart and very pleasant. I have profound hearing loss and requested that he look at me when speaking because I read lips. He was 100% supportive and a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating. And his follow-up was both excellent and refreshing.

Tyler was wonderful! He was very attentive to what we needed, even when we were struggling with getting info to port our lines, he was very patient and got everything ready for us so we were ready to roll once we got the info! I have some challenging experiences in the past with ATT, but Tyler really changed my perspective on the company and their employees 10/10 and will be back whenever I need anything!

Tyler was excellent in the Brigham City store. He was able to help us with multiple things like switching our account, starting a new one and letting us know of the current deals. As other customers came in he made sure everyone was greeted and knew how long the wait was. Even made them feel acknowledged while still helping us. Excellent customer service! 👍🏻

I recently came to this store due to some complications with my phone that required two visits a few days apart. Each time the circumstances were inconvenient and time consuming, but despite that Sunni treated me so well. Each visit took a good chunk of time but I wasn't mad or frustrated because of how well she treated me and was so apologetic to the circumstances that were out of her control. By far the best customer service I have received in any store! There's nothing more frustrating than a broken phone, but working with Sunni made it tolerable! 10/10 recommend.

Sunni helped me upgrade my iPhone to the new 14 Pro Max. She was very professional, very relatable, and very knowledgeable and efficient at helping me upgrade my phone. I would hire her in a heartbeat. And I will always return and do business at this location as long as Sunni is there. She was very courteous. I could tell that she genuinely cared about me and my needs. She is a thousand times better than that goofball that used to work at this location. I would recommend this store to anyone. Ask for Sunni. She is the BEST! If anyone has had a bad experience at this location in the past, I would strongly recommend that you give them another chance. You won't be disappointed.

Tyler with the Brigham City store is the greatest. He helped me understand a billing issue on a former/closed AT&T account today. Although I'm no longer an AT&T customer, he spent well over an hour researching and helping me call customer service. Thank you Tyler for taking the time to get things resolved.

Tyler took care of a hotspot issue for me. I made a mistake in an att store a few weeks ago and it basically blocked my android wifi from connecting to an apple product. Tyler was able to unblock it.
