Dunkin'

The folks running this dunkin are SO FRIENDLY. I am in town on a work trip, popped in for my coffee. They brightened my day. Also, service was lightning fast. Visited 3/13 at 9:30am. Give these folks a raise. 💜

This place is nice .. I ordered a large coffee but since they have no large cups .. they offered me a 2 medium size coffee instead for the same online order drive thu .. the staff were nice and helpful during the drive through ... definitely I will go back there again ...

Stopped by at this Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 at the drive through to pick up breakfast on the way to work. The service was quick and efficient. Love the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee ☕, breakfast sandwiches 🥐 and toasted coconut 🥥 donuts 🍩. Highly recommend this place!! 💯💯

Good doughnuts! I have never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts before and I have to say it was a great experience! There was no wait, the service was very quick, and the cashier made suggestions since it was my first time visiting a Dunkin’s location! Overall, great experience!!!! Definitely a MUST visit location.

This location is easy to get in and out of with drive through and quick service. The inside has a lounge like seating area with big screen TV as well as the usual tables and high top seating. Stay a while or pop in. When using the app to pre-order even better!

I'm here often and will continue to come! Great drive thru service and the food is always fresh. They do a good job on crowd control because this location gets busy and stops traffic often.

I recently started coming to this location. Both times I ordered in the drive thru it was busy but the line moved quickly. Katrina( the name on the receipt) was sweet and professional. She was helpful since I asked about getting a dozen donuts and I know it was busy. It can get pretty packed since Jack in the box is next to it. Coffee was good and donuts were delicious. Will definitely keep coming.

I have to take a moment and acknowledge the wonderful people at this location. It goes beyond coffee for me. They always greet me by name, take care of my order in a timely and accurate manner but more than that they really treat me with family vibes. Always a smile.

I can't say enough good things about Dunkin at Preston, but I will say thank you to everyone!

This was my 1st time ever coming to Dunkin' donuts in my life drive-through was so nice and patient when I was ordering food was delicious and warm Coffee was not as strong as I would like but then again it was my 1st time ordering no complaints at all Everyone was very kind

I got a bit anxious when I passed by this location coming from the opposite way, already knowing I had to u-turn to get in the long line. It was blocking the whole intersection and people were having to go around the standstill vehicles waiting to get into the drive thru line. This location is ONLY offering drive thru right now. However, the employees working today were jumping! They moved us all right along, although people just kept on coming.

When I grabbed my drink as the lady handed it to me, I made sure to tell her that she is amazing and thanks so much! I decided to go with a medium iced coffee with pumpkin swirls. Tasted great! I'm a pumpkin fan though.

They are always so kind and patient with me during the wee morning hours! I only order coffee, but I am particular with my creamer to coffee ratio and they are always so nice about it. I've never gotten a bad coffee! I am not a morning person, but Katrina was one of the associates who handed me my coffee and even in the dark cold early morning she still had a smile to offer me. This simple gesture made my morning. I appreciate you all, thank you!

When you ask for medium hot cream and sugar they know how to make it just right! Lady at the front very nice.

Weird to get into the drive thru, but the service was the best! Super fast and friendly.

Caramel macchiato was made better than Starbucks 🤷.... I think I'm switching to Dunkin!
