Country Villa Apartment Homes

I have been a resident of country villa for about 2 years and unfortunately I will be leaving at the end of this month. I was offered a position with my current job out of town and with that, I am having to leave country villa. Canela, our leasing consult was amazing. Helped us move into mine and my spouses 1st apartment ! We then moved into a 2 bedroom (for more space) after our 1st lease was up And now at the end of our 2 year lease, we will be moving out of town to the DFW area. I want to thank CV and canela for always being a home for us for the past 2 years and to canela for being an amazing person. Thank you for everything you have done and everything you’ll continue to do. With that said, This place is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I will be living at County Villa Apts for 6 years come this July. They have changed Management several times. And some of them were not good Choices. But right now Management is Great. My A/C went down and with one call they had it fixed. Staff is always pleasant and Helpful. In the near future I will leave to buy a house....but will always recommend County Villa as a great place to live.

I recently moved in and I was pleased by Christine. She helped me so much with anything and every question I have. I highly recommend these apartments. I never left a review for anyone but I had to leave one because I was pleased.

The office staff of country villa, Mrs Christine and the other office lady I forgot her name, sorry. helped me out so much in a desperate time of need. they helped me get my apartment right away and were very quick and the process was smooth.

I love it here.. management is very nice and friendly.. I also love that they allow me to have my boxer dog.. nice neighbors and atmosphere.. I can’t wait to renew my lease ❤

I was very happy with the young lady in the office. She found us the exact apartment that we needed for my disabled roommate. The only problem I have is that residents do not pick up their dog mess, it is everywhere.

They are working to make the property better but will take time

Loved this place, lived here for 2 years they were great with us. We every time we had a problem they were quick to fix it. The manager that was there at the time we lived there was awesome

We are very happy here with area and management. We would recommend this place of living.

The new company that bought this place is unorganized, thankfully Christine is there to sort out all the craziness!

It is a quiet and friendly community. We have had 2 burners on our stove not working for over a month. The reason given is they are on back order. I called this morning to report the florescent light in the kitchen was out. I was told they are on back order. We have a dark kitchen with a stove with 2 burners out. Needless to say, the wife is not happy. You know the saying” Happy wife, Happy life”. She is not the happiest bride of 38 years!!! OUCH, Country Villa Apartments. Please get me back on happy terms with my wife!!!

When we first moved in it was great. Then the a family of 3,4,5...who knows how many people live there moved in above us and now all we hear are stomping and dogs running back and fourth and barking!!! I've made several complaints to office and nothing has been done!!!! The only reason why I stay is reasonable rent.

The person running the front desk at this time does not do her job she says that people are not supposed to be living there but continue to let them. Management needs to take responsibility also letting somebody like that. Also the lady was very very rude when she clearly had told a resident a person could not be living there and not be on the lease but continues to let her do what she's not supposed to do or he's supposed to do your job right respect the community

Do NOT lease an apartment here. Management is a joke. New parking is a joke. I’m a tenant with a “parking pass”
and can’t even park in a regular parking spot, I have to park in the street ! They do not enforce the “rules”, they do not fix anything (even things that were broke prior to move in) they charge you for pest control monthly but pest control does not come monthly. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else !

We moved out in 2019 and received a collections notice 2 months later. We settled with them and now, 3 years later, we receive another collections notice. Nobody with Country Villas, United Apartment Group, or Lone Star Springs LLC is willing to even discuss the issue. I would not recommend Country Villas.
