Great experience with my service advisor (Preston). Dealership is very customer oriented and customer focused. Their shuttle service is excellent and repair quality is just as one would expect it to be....spot on.

I had to drop off my car for a couple of recalls and was given this location as an option. I chose to drop off early in the morning when they opened and my car was ready the same day.

Five Star Ford just put a new motor in my 2012 Ford Expedition and they were awesome! I’m highly particular about who works on my vehicles and with a job this big I was willing to go wherever I needed to, and Dallas was it. I coordinated everything with Darin in parts and Tyler in service to make sure that everything would be ready for me. Then flat trailered it down and flew back to drive it home. It was a great road trip with zero issues. Thanks y’all for making this happen for me.

I recently bought a used Ford Edge from a used dealership and it only had one key and the previous owner had My Key enabled with that other key so I needed a new one in order to change this. I had an appointment to have a new key programmed, I went to the wrong location so I ended up being late, over 30 minutes to be exact. Jennifer Tally greeted us when we got there, answered all our questions and still had my vehicle done way before the time frame I was expecting AND made sure the My Key options were turned off on my vehicle (this was not included in the service so she definitely went above and beyond). I will most likely use this service department over any other Ford dealership.

Great service. Very difficult to get an appointment for diesel but service and customer reps were great.
