I want to say that this Baja Auto Insurance location has some of the best customer service around! I had a terrible first experience with the prior insurance company and had to switch. I read the reviews this company has and decided to give them a chance based on the reviews. I feel like I made the best choice. I spoke to Selene and Marisol both were AMAZING!! The promptness of the call backs, their willingness to help, the attention to detail, and their knowledge were all the things that won me over as a customer. I was told I would receive a call back at a certain time and sure enough all the promises made were kept, calls were returned at that certain time. Great JOB!

In my quest to find the best insurance coverage that best suits my budget.
