We book with Lilly everytime she goes above and beyond and always meets expectations and then some. The whole experience is great. Me and my family will continue to book at Floyd’s especially with Lilly.

Your haircut will be ok at worst and excellent at best. Its just very dependent on who cuts your hair. I’d recommend trying a few barbers/stylists but I can say Anthony has become my go to and he pays excellent attention to detail. Expect to pay at least $30 + tip

Excellent service. I was a no appointment walk-in and sat right down. Great service, cut exactly like wanted it. Super friendly staff. I was very pleased indeed.

I had a major hair emergency because I tried to do it on my own. Linsey came in and saved the day! We’ll be going to Linsey from now on! The front desk was very helpful as well, great women!

Fantastic came in for a hair cut with an appointment didnt have to wait too long. I told the professional to give me a nice cut and she did I ended up giving her a very nice tip for a very nice haircut. I plan to come back next time I need a good haircut.

Went in as a walk in late on Monday evening, these folks are too good. Had a great experience!!! Ashley.M did such an awesome job, another salon's stylist messed up my hair, and Ashley fixed it exactly the way I wanted it to be!! This place is a gem in Dallas!. Would surely be back for these reasons:

1. Great customer service
2. Talented, and very professional stylists
3. Clean, and well kept
4. Cool vibe, and peppy atmosphere

Time and time again this place never fails to impress me. I received probably, the best haircut I ever had by Ashley. She was very professional, gave me a very clean haircut, and was very detail-driven. Gave me a great cut, great experience, and this is why I come here every time to get my haircut. I went there for the first time and was super impressed. Every cut I saw was top notch. XXXX was my guy and was super personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job for me. This is definitely my place for haircuts from now on.

I have to give this a 5 Star Review. I am a Marine. I am here in Texas for a few days for a family issue. I am going back to Pendleton in the morning and I needed a fresh cut. I asked the lady over the phone if they can do a military flat top or also known as a High and Tight.
She asked her stylists and said only one of her stylists did one a very long time ago, and she can try if I fell comfortable enough with that.
I explained that I am not, but I appreciated her time.
She apologized to me over the phone, and truly sounded disappointed she couldn't help me.
I'm saying all of this because years ago I had a similar situation at an entirely different barbershop, but they said they could do it with no problem... THEY LIED. They just wanted the business and money.
I respect the fact that Floyd's said they could not do the job. That shows integrity and honesty in a company and their employees.
