Coppell Heritage Dentistry

I've been coming to Coppell Heritage Dentistry for many years and it's always a great experience (as much as a dentist visit can be). Appointments are kept on-time and Dr. Pruett and the staff are wonderful. I appreciate them being conservative in treatments and not rushing into expensive procedures. The hygienists are amazing and always prioritize your comfort and ensure you understand what's going on. The facilities are nice and they use modern equipment. Can't recommend enough!

Going to the Dentist can feel intimidating but this office is great. Everyone that works here has always been kind and genuinely care. I really appreciate all the work done. Office is really nice and they listen to you. And look you in the eye which is important.

Doctor Pruett is truly the best Dentist that I have ever been to. I grew up with a terrible fear of the Dentist because of a bad experience as a child. She practices gentle Dentistry and has completely taken away my fear. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I cannot say anything negative at all....Dr. Pruett and her staff are excellent and I am so glad that my wife was a patient of hers and convinced me to go to her....I'm glad I did !!

Dr. Pruett and her staff have always provided excellent care. I have been going to this practice for several years. I have always had excellent care. I have had a few issues with my teeth and Dr. Pruett has always been there to take care of me.

Went in for my 6 month checkup. My appointment was at 9 and they were on time. Entire experience was pleasant and everything that needed to be done was thoroughly explained. Extremely satisfied with the level of care given to me!

I just had my first visit to Dr. Pruett, which was a great experience. She immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Pruett took the time to show me my problem areas on my x-rays, which I have never had a dentist do before. This helped me to know why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. I never felt rushed. She and her staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free.

Gorgeous, clean office! Every staff member was super friendly and greeted me. Dr. Pruett was able to diagnose and explain my issue to me pretty much immediately. She is extremely kind and caring. I would recommend Coppell Heritage Dentistry to everyone!

I love this dental practice. Everyone that works in this office is friendly and they are so helpful. Dr. Pruett is so patient and takes her time. Myself as well of both my kids had to have fillings done and they did such a great job. They thoroughly explain the process but get you in and out.

Alex did my exam, cleaning and X-rays. She was wonderful and catered to my sensitive tooth needs. Her and Dr. Pruett created a plan to help me get my teeth where they need to be. I really appreciated how comfortable and hopeful they made me feel. 10/10 would recommend.

Best dental experience I have ever had. The cleaning was thorough but not abrasive and I must admit it had been a while. All the staff was very professional. They listen! Dr. Pruett took time to talk to me and answer my questions in details. I am very please I made the choice.

First appointment with Dr. Pruett today. Phenomenal. Cozy and friendly environment with superb service. Tiffany, the hygienist was extremely personable and very gentle. Probably the best cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Pruett was quick, but thorough, spending time to answer all of my questions. "Going to the dentist" will never be something stressful again!

I want to thank Dr. Pruett and her amazing team. For over two years now, they have help me keep and maintain healthy teeth and gums. Their care and professionalism is visible on everything they do, and all the people you interact with.

I specially commend their approach on handling their practice during the pandemic period, looking out for the well being and safety of everyone, and creating a process that feels natural and organic.

Dr. Pruett and her staff were very professional and helpful from the beginning. They have a very friendly front desk and hygienist. After my initial x-rays and check up, Dr. Pruett spent the time to truly explain what was going on based on the imaging and her findings. In the past, I’ve had dentists just say “you need a filling,” but she explained it to me in a way I was able to understand. If you live in or near Coppell, I’d hint joy recommend these guys for your dentist!

Excellent first visit . Dr Pruett , Cat((hygienist) and front office were all excellent!! No high pressure sales for dental services not needed. As Dr Pruett said , she is conservative on dental treatments, something I rarely here much from dentists here in DFW. Cat was very good about teaching about the mouth and teeth, I even learned things I’ve never heard others in dental field tell me . Looking forward to future visits !

Dr. Pruett and her staff are warm, personable, and made me feel extremely cared for throughout my time with them. It's clear that Dr. Pruett is experienced and knowledgeable - I felt at ease throughout my appointment and look forward to going again in the future!

The staff, Sharice and Alex and the Doctor were very nice very accommodating. very professional they were able to take a look at my issue and came with many different options. It kind of gave you a feeling of being with someone that you know for years and in this industry that's hard to come by. I really enjoyed my visit relatively speaking of course. I mean this is a dental office right. The doctor is very nice professional and gentle when comes to different options and working on your molars, lol. Bless her heart I think I found a diamond in the rough.

From the first day I have stepped foot into this office, I have found nothing but professionalism and skilled individuals. This is a new and very, very clean facility. So far, I have had a deep cleaning done with Heritage and I like what I see! This place is worth every penny. I would definitely suggest anyone to come here.Those stars are not an exaggeration!

Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become an advocate. Dr. Pruett and Tiffany (hygenist) were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind.
