Jabo's Ace Hardware Coppell

This is the cleanest, most organized, and awesome hardware store on earth! They stock everything from paint to plants, wind-chimes to wall anchors, candles to crazy-glue, and decor to demolition equipment. The staff were approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not only did they ensure I found exactly what I needed, I overheard them going above and beyond for a phone customer. The location is convenient with great parking. Their product selection ranges from economical to top-of-the-line for every category. They even have an incredible gifts section full of unique, useful, and original items. I can hardly believe that I'm looking forward to my next visit to a hardware store, but I'm excited to come back! Thank you, especially, to the young lady at the front counter (she had several bracelets on, but I don't remember her name) who helped me with the color of an item I was looking at. When I commented on how much I appreciate the high-quality of this store, her response was: "Thank you. This place is great, and I LOVE working here!" Wow! Who hears that anymore these days. 100-stars aren't enough, but I give it all five! Thank you, again. I'll be back.

I mean... what’s not to like about a toy store for adults?!?!
It may not have the same variety as Home Depot, of course, and it may have higher prices... But it is really convenient and have what I’ve needed lately (most of the times)

I could spend hours here just browsing stuff, coming up with stuff to tackle next at home!

Love this store — the most friendly staff. Was concerned initially that they might be a little too inexperienced, but everyone in the store new exactly what they were doing and how to help. I’ll go here over big box retailers anytime I can.

I have been shopping here for years. The service has always been great- almost as it’s to be expected. Well, I experienced something different. I lost $120 in the store, I looked all over my garage, my car, and decided to check the store. As soon as I asked about the cash, they said that they have it. As mentioned- it was cash. I appreciate the integrity and the honesty of the employees. Thank you, your staff is GREAT!’n

My experience at Ace has been a very interesting one.

I went in person because it was slightly confusing order situation. Mr. Rocky helped me out. First issue was resolved and there was difference of opinion on second issue.

I left the store tad disappointed and wrote it off as bed debts :)

In 10 minutes I got a call from Mr. Rocky and he was extremely gracious and let me know he understood what it was trying to convey. I felt light like a helium ballon :)

That was just remarkable! I have so much respect for him and for him to call and let me know was just lovely.

They’re always helpful & courteous in comparison to Home Depot.

My AC stopped working due to faulty capacitor and I desperately needed a new one. I called them when I was on way to another ACE store thinking that if was not able to find there, I will go to their place. As it was 20 minutes before the store closing time.
They were able to find one and held it for me. When I was got there it was ready for me on the counter. It saved us a AC-less night.

I've never been to an Ace Hardware store before but I was in need of a big sponge to clean walls before wallpapering and didn't want to drive all the way to a big-box hardware store.

Everyone at this Ace location was very kind and helpful. At other stores, I could wander around for hours without someone offering to help... but not at Ace! Several workers stopped and asked if I needed help finding anything. I really appreciated it since a hardware store is foreign territory for me.

Some items were priced higher than other stores but I feel like the great customer service more than makes up for the difference. I will definitely be returning to this store for any other items I may need for my home projects.

Oh and I almost forgot to mention... they have free popcorn! Icing on the cake for sure. 😅

Drove out from Frisco because they had the 99% isopropanol I needed for cleaning watches. Staff there were super friendly, and one nice gentleman saw me walking around trying to find stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed.

Very clean, very friendly was in and out. The prices well, it's inflation right now, so I won't get into that. But that's the whole world so I can't complain.

Friendly, helpful, great price. Saved me a trip across town to the big box. People were happy to be there and help. Reminds me of the good old days.

The staff here is wonderful and always ready to help. I recently visited for a hose adapter and was given alternative options by one of their associates. He first took the time to understand the issue and suggested an approach that he believed would work and it did! He told me that he loves solving problems and helping customers with their hardware needs. I’ve always had a great experience at this store. Keep up the good work!
