My family and I have been going here since the practice opened and have a positive experience. Dr. Kevin Chuang preforms the cleanings himself and is very transparent with not only the state of your teeth but your options when it comes to the treatment and price. His feedback takes into account what is best for you instead of trying to preform as many procedures possible for the sake of money. He is also transparent in explaining and updates regarding their business practices as well. The staff and hygienists are friendly and accommodating.

I have been going to Dr. Chuang for a couple years now. The experience at his office was eye-opening because in the past I had been going to big-ad dental offices. Dr. Chuang is very thorough and explains the process of what he sees and explains to you exactly what you need. I trust his expertise and business practice. He does an excellent job in answering questions and I’m left satisfied knowing my teeth have been properly cared for and assessed. I’ve recommended family and close friends to him knowing they’ll have the same experience.

My cousin and his girlfriend recommended this dentist to me and I’m so glad I went. The dentist is not only very transparent and welcoming, but is also so professional. This is the first place I felt comfortable and in control of my tooth health, he showed me images of my teeth before and after the cleaning, and told me/showed me the status of all my fillings. I’m so beyond impressed by the services I received and I look forward to coming back in the future.

He is very honest with the urgency of my treatment, which is optional at the moment. But I can easily imagine such a procedure would be deemed absolutely necessary and asap at some other places. No scare tactic or pressure. Truly putting patients' needs above profit. I also appreciate Dr Chuang's diligent follow-up on issues mentioned at the previous visit. Concerns being monitored, not forgotten. I believe we're in good hands!

Dr. Kevin is thorough and friendly. My old dentist used to just take my x-rays and tell if I have cavity. I just figured that's what all dentist did. Well, I was so wrong! Dr. Kevin will walk you through your x-rays and explain to you what he sees. He'll give you options for your treatment plan and there's no pressure what so ever. This is a wonderful work place. Dr. Kevin is simply the kindest to both his staff, and his patients. Dr. Kevin is very thorough, does not cut corners, and takes the time to explain your process with you. They even take pictures during the process so they can show you afterwards step by step what was done which is fantastic and makes me feel more comfortable. His staff is awesome and very kind. They are upfront on exactly how much you pay out of pocket with your insurance before the procedure which is great because I have dealt with to many other dentists making up random charges and using insurance jargon to convince me their legit charges. Dr. Kevin has been great with my kids! I highly recommend him. He (and his staff) makes my kids feel comfortable. He's very thorough and makes sure to explain everything so that we understand. Dr. Kevin is very accomodating and even saw my kids on his non-patient days. Definitely a great dentist!

Went to a my usual large dental office and was surprised to see an estimate of a a bunch if “work” and deep cleaning that I needed. Decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Kevin at Floss City. He informed me that I was nowhere near needing a deep clean and it was absolutely not necessary. What a great and honest practice! Also has a fantastic membership that provides free cleanings.
