I recently visited James Peterson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for a routine cleaning, and I am thrilled to share my positive experience. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted warmly by the staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The team conducted my cleaning with utmost care and professionalism. Their attention to detail and gentle approach made the entire process comfortable and efficient. I appreciated how they took the time to explain each step and answer any questions I had, demonstrating a true commitment to patient care.

The service is top notch, convenient, and a nice place to get dental work done. The Hygienist Jennifer was a pleasure, answering all my questions and giving advice for my oral care. Dr. Peterson was a pleasure to meet and very warm and welcoming. Carroll at the front desk was also helpful in getting a lot of the fine details sorted. I look forward to coming backand getting my neglected teeth worked on.

Dr. Peterson and the entire staff were perfect. I cannot tell you how glad I am to finally find an honest, professional and friendly dentist. My family and I have tried few others in the area and have not been happy for various reasons (ie, misdiagnosis, overcharging, never picks up phone or returns calls, can’t get an appointment). Dr. Peterson and team were transparent on everything from problems areas that needed attention immediately to things that could wait or are “nice to haves”. They are transparent about what it will cost (no hidden charges!). They took their time and explained everything as they cleaned or did procedures and check on you after the fact. My family of 4 finally found our dentist and won’t be going anywhere else.

Dr Peterson treats his patients like family. You feel well taken care of - whether it’s a serious procedure or just teeth cleaning.
Also, being employed full-time, I really appreciate that they are always on time and you don’t have to spend time in the waiting room. And if for some reason, a delay is expected, you get a call in advance.

My appointment with Dr. Peterson was great. They have an amazing staff with fantastic facilities and equipment. Ashley did a great job as my hygienist and both her and Dr. Peterson gave very detailed explanations of everything they were doing/wanted to do in the future. I highly recommend going to them for all dental needs.

Dr. Peterson and staff are so professional, friendly and helpful in explaining each step of the crown process. His assistant, Kathleen, could not be more caring and helpful from the beginning to the end. One of the best thumbs up is Dr.Peterson's ability to do the entire crown procedure in ONE visit! So thankful for this dental practice!

Nothing but positive things to say about my experience at this office! The staff was warm and welcoming, and had wonderful bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and they took the time to walk me through everything they saw in strictly an educational manner so that I was informed. I felt no judgement about my dental health here, sincere people.

Most people don’t like the thought of going to the dentist. I enjoy Dr Peterson & his whole staff so much that I’m going to make it a monthly visit. Great people doing great work!

This guy is an artist and his hygienists and staff are absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for the best dentist in DFW this is your guy. He makes in house crowns and when you leave nothing in your mouth feels different. He’s absolutely amazing! 🤩
