Wish they have a drive thru but the ambience feels nice while waiting for your drinks. Baristas are very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy. Kudos to management for keeping this place up to standards. Great job to all the staff! This is one of my favorite locations. Highly recommended ❤

Very nice Starbucks location right off of interstate 635 in north Dallas. Cafe only store no drive through. Staff is extremely friendly and service is fast. Great drinks. Seating is available but it is not super cozy so might not be great if you want to sit and work for a long time. But the location is really convenient. Walkable from the Westin Dallas Park Central if you are staying at the hotel.

Service is top tier. Love the blonde roast. Made fresh drip for me.

All the workers are amiable and nice!

What a difference a few city blocks makes.

They got my order ready with a smile. The people inside were kind and pleasant. They welcomed me.

There are bathrooms but they have codes on the lot and are available.

I came in and Gwen was packing up food to go to the local food pantry or food bank! Way to go Starbucks I’m impressed

This location really has something special…the energy every time I go in is welcoming, and positive and in a totally natural way. I’ve been here a dozen times but the other day, barista Ian, made sure I got to try something new, and talked to me like a person…caring, calm and with eye contact…it was exactly the little moment I needed to start the day! And his suggestion to upshift my coffee was spot on! Thanks Ian for making my day and kudos to this location for having a little slice of something special amidst the craziness of two highways lol!

Great Starbucks! Baristas were friendly and fast! My drink was perfect and my food was delicious. Ariana was smiling, attentive and polite. I will be back to this location again!

Shift manager Ian and Megan were amazing! Only 2 in the store filling an order of 21 drinks and food for each drink. Kept orders moving for the other customers and never let the line back up. Great job and great team work!

Almost every Starbucks I go look - no issue or problem w food & atmosphere & even service. This particular location, the server on site - when I picked up the drinks, there were only 3 out of 4. Told her I was missing a regular coffee for me. She looked at me in w "funny" way (very obvious). Then she went to get another server & looked at the cash register to verify befire she went to get my coffee. Very obvious: whoever prepared my order was sloppy & left out 1 of 4 orders; d server who gave me the order didn't believe & even trust me that she went to get another server & check on the cash register (most likely she thought I didn't pay for the 4th order - just a regular coffee); her facial expression & body language spoke loud; the extra wait time just to get my coffee she did think abt it - time element is impt. Other customers were looking. In summary: I don't want anybody to loose their job for this minor issue but it is certainly impt that this particular server might need more training on customer service 101. Hope owner take this little matter into consideration. Thank you.

Wanted to leave this review for Ian. I was on the phone while placing an order and he went out of his way to help me place my order without getting upset.

I love my store on Central Frontage m 175. The staff is friendly knows my name n my grand baby name,treat us like we are special. Very clean love the presentation and conversation.

Pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon and a little above your average noise level. Ideal location at one of the busiest intersections in the great state of Texas (the high 5).

Staff was very friendly. Our drinks were made exactly how we asked and was done quickly.

I've been coming here for around a week now, my new job is the credit union building across the street. Anyways, this starbucks is literally so fast and super sweet. The girl who always makes the drinks with the dark hair is very very sweet and then a younger girl with blonde hair and glasses put me on a brand new drink i've never had and I'm literally obsessed. <3

Stopped by this location today and it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Austin was extremely nice to me and sometimes that’s all it takes to make a person’s day.

This is a very nice place with beautiful helpful staff. There is one. Little thing me and some of my fiends don’t like and it’s the schedule time. They close kind of early and even though I understand since it’s located around office buildings, I feel they should at least close at the same time of most of the Starbucks. Anyways, very good location in a very busy are of Dallas, near Richardson. I love the fact that it’s always busy but the staff is very fast and quick to release orders. It’s nice to see people working there for years. Literally some of the same workers. That means a lot and I feel it’s because it’s a good working environment and I guess good management.

Wow! This Starbucks stands out to me from all the rest because the employees here make me feel at home when I come in every time. Despite it being so busy, the employees here always have a warm smile and hello. You guys are so wonderful! Thank you for always kicking my day off with such a wonderful start!
