Dr. Nassim Diaz, BC-HIS, is a God send! She has been a huge pillar of my hearing loss journey. She’s kind, informative, and truly cares and loves changing her patients lives!

My first visit to the New Sound Hearing Center was in July of 2023. Rebecca conducted the hearing test, it was very thorough. Nassim reviewed the results and options with me so I understood everything completely. Both were very professional and easy to work with. I have gone back a couple of times for follow ups with Rebecca to make sure there are no issues with my ears adapting to the hearing aides. She is pleasant to work with and gives the new hearing aids a good cleaning. I have been very pleased with my decision to use New Sound Hearing.

Came in for an ear cleaning as my ears felt congested and hearing felt not normal. Everyone was super friendly and professional.

Absolutely outstanding. Mom is 103 and they treat her like a rock star. Nothing but praise for this location and her Dr's.

Nassim, the audiologist, is the best! This was a routine appointment where my ears were cleaned and my hearing aids were cleaned and maintained.

Five stars is just not enough. Nassim and Bruni and are the best. They are friendly and at the same time efficient. They make sure the product is right for you. They manage their suppliers in a way that makes sure you get the most for your money. These two ladies could hold a seminar on how to put the customers first.

The annual hearing test is done several ways. The results are explained in detail. All necesary adjustments to the hearing aids are done immediately.

The Staff at this Location is Top Notch. Highly recommend this Organization for your hearing evaluation needs.

I never had any problems with this location and I've been coming here for a very long time. The two ladies in the office were very professional and patient. With that said, there is one issue that I was upset with. And that is, I was not notified by mail, by phone, by text, or by smoke signals that the warranty on my hearing aids had expired. They notified me on the day I went to have my hearing aids serviced. Maybe payment plans could have been made before it expired. I don't know. And hopefully some people will wake up and notice there is a pandemic going on and people are having a hard time paying for their responsibilities.
