S.b. ya hookah and other accessories for the hookah .. is kinda overpriced...

I swung in here out of curiosity and the man behind the counter was PRO! His name was Ed, and he was just slam banging answers to customers and helping everyone with great courtesy and knowledge one after the other. True customer service, knowledgeable about what they offer, and a down right cool dude. Swing in here, ask for Ed, and leave 5 stars when you depart. He and the store are rather impressive.

Every time I go in both of the main ladies who work there take care of me. The one with light brown hair and glasses, and the lovely ebony women who helped with the dragon egg. (I am so terrible at names because I also work customer service and I have so many to keep up with)

I come in very often and these two ladies remember what I like, and recommend product I KNOW they have tried. I dont take anyone’s recommendations because again, I understand the sells game. These ladies keep it genuine, and we always have a good time.

I was asking a lot of questions about the dragon egg product and if they sold the coils. Unfortunately they did not have any of the coils, (silly to sell the product but not the coils but whatever) they lovey lady called two different people to confirm if she could just sell the coil that was in a different box, while helping two other guest. She was quick and made the experience still enjoyable even tho they did not allow her to sell product from another product.

She recommended delta products that she really likes and I still ended leaving more than I expected. Upselled, sweet, knowledgeable, and fast service. I appreciate everyone at this location!

We enjoy trying different vapes and flavors for vapes, so far on 3 different visits ED was so right about every recommendation he made . The flavors and types of vapes fit our taste totally. Thank you ED👍👏

I’m visiting Houston from another city and I forgot my hookah🫠. So I traveled to this store in hopes I would find a good one. Walter was such a great help and very attentive to what I needed and helped me find a great hookah. I would definitely recommend this place!
