Five Guys

This is where I had Five Guys for the first time ever a few years ago and I still come back from time to time!

Today, 11/2/23, I came back to Five Guys in The Galleria and ordered a Cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and a chocolate and peanut butter shake.

The service is super friendly and helpful! They explain the menu and how things work if you have never been. The establishment is clean and there’s always someone on the floor making sure it stays clean! I also love the decor!
There is plenty of seating and if you don’t want to sit, there are standing tables, which I think is really cool!

The food and drink is so delicious and I love walking up and being greeted by the staff. When you sit down to eat, the staff make sure you’re good and will always assist you if you need anything. You definitely get a great amount of food for what you pay!

Definitely will be coming back! Today I made sure to let the manager know how well their staff have been doing and that I love the service and quality of food.

I love the burgers , they are fresh and cooked to perfection. The Cajun fires are a must have and clearly get a shake they are creamy and smooth. This location is placed perfectly and the restaurant set up is genius.

Quick service, all the food was great and super hot. They give a crazy amount of fries! Plus you get a view of the skating rink so can judge the people when they fall.

Great hamburger and wonderful fries. The only drawback was the Galleria is not being kept as it used to be. The bathrooms were dirty and too many broken-down areas around the mall. I thought I was in the old defunct Valley View Mall with the working class present...

Food is great.. check prices before even go there.. cheeseburger is 12$ plus tax.. they up the prices recently.

Tilly is simply the best and better than all the rest!

We placed our through door dash and wanted to add some ketchup to our order.

We called Five Guys and the lady who answered the phone was Tilly.

Tilly exemplifies what customer service is truly about. Tilly was pleasant to speak with; she asked me how I was doing and then asked what I needed. She found my order and immediately told me that our request for ketchup and extra grilled onions was not a problem.

This was by far one of the easiest and most pleasant CS experience I've had in awhile.

Nothing else needs to be said except that Tilly is simply the BEST!!!!!

I just wanted to recognize Avery who was cleaning up the dining area. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is very hospitable. He balanced being friendly towards guests while still cleaning efficiently and even went out of his way to check on me when he saw I had been waiting slightly longer than normal. Thanks Avery!

Enjoyed Vegi burgers and milk shake. Rosted peanut was awesome

This place is inside The Galleria Mall in Dallas. It's usually pretty busy with a line but it moves fast. It's kind of hard to find a seat because it's not that big,just that full. You get your own drink here. Apparently ,you bust your own table before and after lol. Still, the food is good and the price is right. You can take your meal to one of the small tables right outside the store to sit and watch the ice skaters as well if you like.( the tables sit two right up against the rail. It looks down a floor to the skate rink.)

First time here, heard on TV it was rated #1 in best Burger . So for national burger day we came to see if it was true. It is definitely true, the burger was very juicy and tasty, the fries are made there when you order. And you can snack on peanuts if you like, while you wait. It was definitely worth the try and the price!

Seriously the best burgers next to a high-class, super expensive restaurant; all without the cost! They will double fry the fries IF you ask nicely. Amazing folks and well worth the visit.
Heads up for peanut allergies! They do have bags of roasted peanuts all around the sitting area.

The burger tastes heavenly! Real definition of foodgasm! Every bite is so sinfully delicious.

The wait is a deterrent or disadvantage but the burger and fries is worth the wait!

Yes! Absolutely delightful. Tastes like real beef. The bun is well made. Not too hard. The milkshake is yummy too!

Would highly recommend. Pls be advised that it is made to order so some patience would be highly recommended. Don't expect it out in sixty seconds.

Excellent service and out of this world burger.

If you want a good old fashioned greasy American hamburger come to five guys. Delicious fresh made burgers and fresh fries. Get the Cajun fries they're the best. Don't forget about the free peanuts 🥜 that you can eat while you wait and have a little fun mixing up your favorite drink at the freestyle coca cola machine. The extra fries that they dump in the bag are on purpose it's their signature and a regular burger is a double meat so don't be surprised. If you don't mind a little pork get the bacon 🥓 it makes the burger even better. This location is in the mall on the very bottom level by the skating rink don't miss it.

Delicious, big burgers cooked perfectly. Huge serving on french fries. Peanuts in a barrel while you wait. Very laid back, low key, come as you are kinda thing.

SIDE NOTE: Eat there if pissible, these are super delicious big, thick burgers, fried and ever bit as greasy as they should be, so by the time you get one home, the bottom bun may have disolved. Still totally worth it.

Pretty fast service without sacrificing quality. These are still the best burgers around without a doubt. Fries were perfect.

We are from out of town and we decided to eat here last minute. The staff was AMAZING! The food was delicious. Kaylor took her time explaining everything on the menu to us. We will def be back.

I love their food! The front person (Emmett) at this location was awesome! Very upbeat and seemed happy to be at work! We could use more people like this!

Me and my husband went to Five Guys in the Galleria we informed the cashier that we had never eaten at your restaurant. Jasmine W. was the cashier and I was really impressed with her helpful attitude and her willingness to explain how to order our meals. I am always very impressed with a young person who knows about the food and takes the time to go the extra mile to do a good job. There were several other places that we could of selected to eat at, but since we were traveling, we just wanted something light. We were VERY pleased with our burgers. To me...it was a better burger than Whataburger, Braum's and it was done right and not sloppy. Thank You. Mr. and Mrs. James Hemphill

Friday, May 17 2019. Today was my first time trying Five Guys and I loved it. I was originally going upatairs to McDonald's because I work at one. But my eyes caught the 5 Guys sign from the distance. I walked in and the first thing I smelled was...ramen noodles? The staff were proffessional. I appreciated the simplicity of the menu. I ended up getting a regular (double patty) burger with mustard, ketchup, pickles, relish and green peppers. I got a side of cajun fries and a strawberry hi-c to drink. Luckly I didn't have to wait long. It turns out it was the cajun fries that smelled like ramen. Everything from the juicy burger to the hand-cut potato fries and the staff friendliness exceeded my expectations. It was so much better than Whataburger or McDonald's.
