Taco Cabana

After getting sick from a restaurant down the street, my husband took me here to get something plain. I ordered their bean and cheese tacos, and they helped my pregnant tummy feel so so much better. The tacos/beans were really fresh, the queso and chips were very yummy and even the regular sized cup is pretty big. For just under $7 it was a heck of a deal. The service was also friendly, especially considering the fact that we did go in close to closing time. Over all, the food was great, service was great, and it saved my tummy from feeling worse. Thanks Taco Cabana :) I will definitely be back

I like this location because my food is always fresh and I don't have to wait in a long line to order. Everyone is usually friendly, which goes a long way. Makiyah is a great worker and a keeper!

This place has the best employees I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Everyone is so pleasant and helpful! I’m telling y’all. I go out to eat often and I compare the level of service here that I receive from popular, high end cantinas. Terry was very helpful at the restaurant and took care of my special requests perfectly! Not only is their service top notch, I am highly impressed at the quality of food! This is the Beyond Beef taco and let me tell you, I ordered even more to go after my dine in! I will definitely come back each time I visit the island which is almost every other weekend!

Being diabetic and being on the road some. It’s nice to come across a clean restroom once in awhile. Kudos to the team at this location on 61st street in Galveston. The bathrooms were spotless. Thank you for that.

Don't bother if you cant go inside. I've gone about 7 times in 8 months. Never have i obtained the things I ask for. I get it, you make a very low wage, however the fact that there is no attempt to pay attention means that you will never make more. It is astonishing how I can order the same thing every time, and repeat multiple times what I want, cabana bowl, chicken, and black beans, salsa ranch and jalapeno on the side. Yet EVERY TIME I am missing jalapeno, and salsa ranch, or black beans is refried. Today was different, I ordered exactly that and inside the bowl was 1 piece of chicken and I had to tap the glass to get jalapenos and salsa ranch. It's not my business but when you invest time and attention to the company who hired you, you become more valuable to the company, therefore worth more. For heavens sake, at least act like you care.

Edit: 2 months ago I left this review,and I was there on location to buy my wife some lunch 3 days ago. The ABSOLUTE TURN AROUND in quality, staffing, attention to detail, care in making order correct, and communication, has made me true believer. This is amazing way to go taco c for getting it turned around, from 1 to 5 stars.

Food and drinks are great for the price, it's always clean and the staff is always friendly!

My wife and daughter went in late tonight to get some food. Despite my wife not knowing what she wanted to get, Chelsey and Niesha were extremely patient and incredibly helpful. Their service was outstanding and made my wife and daughter’s visit absolutely exquisite. Thanks girls!

Good job drive through! The food was awesome and the margarita !!was gonna get a mango but the lady in drive through suggested me to get strawberry because it taste even better although I’ve never tried it.glad I did thanks chelsey

Catered a dinner for 50 people. The manager Jeremiah made it an easy experience. He is friendly and very helpful. The food was ready on time, hot and very good. There was plenty fog 50 hungry people. Price was reasonable.

Went through the drive thru for lunch while we're visiting here and the food was really good! I ordered the chicken and cheese quesadilla and a soft ground beef taco both were very yummy! Couldn't eat the whole quesadilla because it too much lol. Would definitely go here again anytime! 😋👍💯

Best fast food option in texas. Fresh deliscious texmex food at good price and they also serve margaritas. Yea you can't beat Taco Cabana.
