Absolutely Gem of a food truck. Pastrami was the best I've ever had. Seriously. It's that good. Buffalo fries were great as well.
Owner was genuinely excited about his food, he knows it's legit.
If you're ever at the Area 51 Food Park you gotta check this place out.

Ma and my wife weren't sure at first thought was going to be the same like every other truck but was not disappointed.. we don't really eat from food trucks but we will be coming to try the burgers next time.... Gives big portions..

Munch on this food truck has amazing food. I’ve had the privilege to have the Keto Shrimp tacos which were amazing and the food portions are just enough! And most recently I had the the shrimp quesadilla with cheese fries. This dish was was great! The food here is always fresh and served with a smile! This is my place to go when I’m in the area of Potranco. If you haven’t had the chance to try this place out…you’re missing out!

We got the grilled cheese burger with seasoned fries and a chili and all items were absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be ordering from this place again!

Me and my husband were unsure because we don't really eat from food trucks, but we spotted you truck on Google maps and wanted to give it a try. We were not disappointed.

Best burgers I've ever had in my life. I don't even put ketchup on them which I do with all other burgers. The sauces, flavoring, bun freshness, meat quality are all great every time I go. It's my go to place for bringing out of town visitors.

Ordered their Western Burger and it was juicy and had onion rings. Very fulfilling! Food truck situated in Area 51 Food Truck Park. They had a mascot dressed as an alien going around which engaged kids and families.

This was a first for us to order from a food truck. The hamburgers and fries were so delicious. The burgers were very flavorful and cooked perfectly while the seasoned fries were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. We definitely plan a return visit to sample some of the other entrees.

Now... Keep in mind I am on the road a lot and have stopped at many ah food trucks, enjoying some amazing eats.. From west coast to east... And even over seas.. In fact! I ran my own BBQ trailer for a number of years and thought I made the BEST BURGER..

It may be a ways out Culebra rd on the north side of San Antonio Texas... But its worth the trip! Even if ya gotta walk it!

Best food truck in San Antonio! John’s passionate about his business and it shows in the food he makes. The food is delicious and hospitality is on point. Location is a plus as it’s located in the Area 51 Food Park on Potranco.

Honestly I've been trying to make it to this place since they opened. Located at the tail end of Culebra this food truck is one of three that have set up shop in the area offering something new for the local residents to choose from. Made fresh daily and to order the owner is not shy to let you know once an item has sold out and I find that extremely refreshing. There is room to eat on location and something for almost everyone on the menu 😋. I had the Pastrami slammer it was delicious I look forward to trying out more on the menu. By the way if its in stock you got to try the chili fully loaded its an excellent choice as-well

This place is awesome. I had the grilled cheese cheese burger and the wife had the western burger. Both were delicious as were the fries. I definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best food truck around. Service & food is always on point. You can tell it’s made from love. Best burger to get is The Smasher!!!!

Was looking for a new sandwich place to try and it was sooooo good! I finished the sandwich too quick. Had pastrami for the first time and it’s become my favorite sandwich meat now. Definitely will be ordering from here more often.

The Western burger was AWESOME!!!! You have got to try it!! The fries were fresh and with the seasoning they put on it!!! OMG!!!! Delicious!!!!

Badass food and big portions! They are always rotating deals and even got pagers so you can wait in the car while your food cooks if it's cold out. Also have movie nights on Friday and Saturday. During football season they play all the games to awesome spot
