Dr. Machell is kind, thorough and takes the time to listen to your health needs. On my first visit he went into great detail to explain a procedure I was considering and I really appreciated the time he took to share that information with me. He also followed up with more testing to make a definitive diagnosis. His staff is awesome!

The ablation was done a year ago and since then they check on me and if I have any problems they take care of them being very positive. He is an excellent physician. Dr Machell punctured my moms heart when he inserted her pacemaker causing the heart sack to fill with blood that required emergency draining and caused her massive pain which required heavy narcotics which then led her to have slow bowels and an impacted colon requiring yet another stay in the hospital at 88 years of age. He did apologize for his mistake in person and has changed his protocols so that he is available the day after procedures to check on patients.
